I got a spacious, light room with two windows opposite the toilet, but I couldn't sleep all night because all the other tenants went to the toilet and the floor creaked so loudly that it was difficult to fall asleep. But it was better than sleeping in a room with five beds, where someone snores and it is impossible to sleep there. Next time I will look for more expensive housing.

When we arrived, the host was upset that there were 4 of us, even though we had booked the room for 4 people. Therefore, he brought a camping bed full of breadcrumbs from somewhere, and then said that he had no more bedding and that he would have to get it. He later appeared with dirty blankets stuffed in a dirty shopping bag and smelling of cigarette smoke. Instead of a doormat, a dirty towel had been thrown down in the hall. The staircase should not be used by plus-sized people because it will not fit in the roundabout. Upstairs, guest workers were having fun with the room door open. Arriving in a room that could not be called a room, there was a terrible stench of cigarettes, soot, and a stale smell. One of the beds, which was not even made, had suspicious stains. All in all, I wouldn't let my pig sleep there either. We spent about 5 minutes in this filthy mess. I do not recommend it to anyone.

They lied about that there's a beach nearby

Fatal living conditions. The landlord was supposed to give a code for the key box but he was not contacted. The code was given to us by one of the people who lived there.
Dirt everywhere, cigarette smelly bedding and towels, I will never use this offer again.

Everything smelled bad. We were opening the windows a lot. It was extremely cold in there (some quilts would be nice). And also, bring your own towels...

The walls were thin, easy to hear the others in the building. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of the staff. They did not answer messages and it was hard to get the keys- we stood out in the cold for about 15 minutes until someone (not the host) opened the door. Upon check-out, someone (once again, not the host) told us to leave. We left on time but he and his wife (?) came and checked on us quite rudely several times. He only spoke Russian and became quite irritated with us when we didn’t understand, even when we were trying to use a translator. (For reference, the entire booking process was done in English). I believe they were permanent tenants who lived next door. Never heard from the host…
