Located in a nice area and the staff were nice and helpful. good value

Cons:

Our allocated room was right near the reception area. It didn’t feel private and it was noisy in the morning as people were hanging out in the reception right behind our door. Our experience could have been more positive if we stayed in a different room.

Good place to crash after a long day of sight seeing.

Lack of working plug points. Monochrome steps in the bathroom which were a tripping hazard.

Pros:

The young girl on reception Hanoodsheik had only been there 2 weeks and she worked really hard to make sure we had everything we wanted and answer all our questions, the mix up with our reservation was resolved. Large spacious room, nice balcony area with seating.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable rock hard. We had issue with poor lighting. The inclusive breakfast was not good 1 small omelette and toast. No choices given we asked for some bananas and they had to go out and buy some.
