Riad is located in medina (old city) at the end of a very narrow alley (different alley than Google Maps suggest). The owner gave very good instructions via whatsapp.
+ Good shower with hot water
+ Lots of space
+ Many beds, quite hard though
+ Air condition heated the room in about 14 hours and after that it stayed warm as long as you kept it on
+ Lots of toilet paper
Where to start...first of all, the place is really falling apart. Loose toilet seat, pad lock on door, hand wash pump didn't work, windows won't shut completely, living room light flashing, towels won't dry you...
Deceiving room description. Air condition costs 3€ extra per night. It is only said at the main page of the Riad, but not on the room description or confirmation. You kind of have to pay up, since it gets really cold during winter (room temperature was +11 when I arrived) and I can't even imagine how hot it gets during summer. No carpets, floors are really cold atleast during winter. No shower products. Towels atleast 20 years old, only spread the water over your body.
There was also construction going on just next door and sometimes they banged my wall very loudly.
Il patio molto carino e la posizione
La stradina per accedere
At the end of a very little and privat street can you find the Riad Dar Kader. It's not easy to find but our host helped us though a videocall to find the place! It' was then so easy. The Riad is quite beautiful with a common central courtyard. Our room was big, blue and very confortable. Great hot water and warm room! Check in and check out very easy! Even uf we don't speak french, we could communicate good with the host.
La camera molto bella e spaziosa, nessun problema di freddo con aria condizionata. Host gentilissimo e simpatico

Muy poco
Mucho polvo
Very quiet place and 5 persons could sleep in the room. Next to the Medina.
Location was great walking distance from the medina. The owner was very accommodating and polite.
It was a bit dusty everywhere
It was a good location to the centerm great people I would recommend it to everyone
very good room
Kind owner, gorgeous room, quiet at night.
Owner responds quickly when you have trouble or question.
Good size room and with typical moroccan style look. Great location. Bath in the room.
The owner speaks only french so communication was a nightmare. The place needs a good renovation : smells of mould, the walls have numerous leeks and the room door did not lock so we needed to carry our belongings with us all the time. The owner have promised that he would fix the lock but it did not happen.
In addition to that, we have stayed there for 3 nights and then came back for another day as our flight got cancelled and we have noticed that they do not change the bedsheets between one customer and another.
The great plus is the room has a typical moroccan style and there is a bath.
The wifi did not work.
Friendly elderly owner who works during the day but is available via Whatsapp. This is one big room with a short divider and curtain to separe the toilet and bath. Quiet despite the noise of the medina streets. The kitchen is down in the courtyard and is not adjacent to the room.
Dimly lit room. The stairs are dark and the owner does not want the lights left on so you have to turn a light on decend the stairs, turn the next light on then go back up to turn the first light off (or use your phone light).
The Riad is located down a dark alley. The bed is comfortable but if you want to use the other couches as beds they are more like benches and are very hard.
