Nice location, clean room
Pros:

The house is opposite a bus station in which many lines pass by. The house js clean, spacious, with well-equipped kitchen

Cons:

The AC is okay but we would prefer it to be a little more powerful, especially for the Verona’s heat during summer

離老城區不遠，我們開車過去10分鐘內就到；我們住四人房間空間算大，到達時不確定位置是否正確，工作人員看到我拿手機在尋找，主動過來詢問是否要入住，立即引導我們停車。

Cons:

廚房用具有一些可能前住客使用後未清潔乾淨，屋主沒檢查到；剛進入房源時，馬桶裡有黃色的水，不知是否沒檢查完全乾淨

Pros:

Große Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber mit sehr bequemen und großen Betten. Ein großes Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten.

Modernes Design und großes, sauberes Bad.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es ist ein Parkplatz kostenlos dabei. Direkt vor der Haustür föhrt der Bus in die Stadt, dauert etwa 15 min, dann ist man direkt in der Innenstadt.
Kostet bei Kauf in der App 1.50 € für 90 min.
In Summe deutlich günstiger und komfortabler als im Parkhaus.

Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Cons:

Leider war es draußen so heiß, dass die Klimaanlage die erforderliche Kühlung nicht geschafft hat und es in der Nacht relativ warm war.

Das war aber wohl eher unser Pech, dass wir den heißesten Tag des Jahres erwischt haben.

Pros:

La habitación está bien.

Cons:

Al final, no pudimos aparcar dentro porque había que avisar para el parking; en todo caso, quedó el coche casi al lado y bien. La tele no tiene el tamaño adecuado y está algo lejos para poder verla bien desde la cama.

Pros:

It was clean and accessible to almost all. Supermarket, bus and restaurant.

Cons:

The aircon isn't enough. It didn't cool enough and still felt hot. We parked outside because it was said no need to book parking but then when we arrived someone can park inside if you pre-booked it.

Der Preis entspricht nicht dem Zustand des Zimmers.
Pros:

Der Bahnhof ist in etwa 3 Minuten erreichbar. Bequeme Betten und saubere Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Auch TV- und Internetanschluss sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war offensichtlich lange unbenutzt gewesen, denn der Boden war voller Sand und die Regale, der Kleiderschrank und das Badezimmer waren verstaubt. Insgesamt war es für italienische Verhältnisse schmutzig, und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, gab es auch noch Ameisen im Zimmer.

Έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Φθηνό.

Cons:

Ο λέβητας αερίου βρίσκεται μέσα στο σπίτι. Το ερκοντισιον δεν απέδιδε στα μέγιστα και το σπίτι ήταν ζεστό. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ στενό. Βρίσκεται εκτός κέντρου. Η γειτονιά είναι λίγο περίεργη.
Γενικά, πρόχειρο διαμέρισμα για μια απλή διαμονή.
