A perfect family friendly house with generous hosts who are helpful
Pros:

This felt like a true homestay. It is away from the busy city in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to transport in a very pleasant area. A convenience store is right near the house. The hosts were incredible- they picked us up late from the station with our heavy bags and drove us to where we needed to leave from each day also. They helped us with bookings, making phone calls for us, speaking Japanese, printing out information….everything. They exceeded our expectations and are just generally lovely people. If you want a Japanese experience that is unlike a hotel then this is your place. A nice rest from the city and my children were made to feel so welcome.

Pros:

Everything we needed was provided, just like being at home even while traveling. The hosts made us feel truly welcome, warm, and comfortable throughout our stay. They represent genuine Japanese hospitality at its best , thoughtful, kind, and heartfelt. A wonderful place to stay.

Thanks to the wonderful hosts, we would love to stay here again.
Pros:

The hosts Satoshi-san and Megumi-san prepared everything with such care and sincerity. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay, and we were truly touched by their kindness.

We stayed with another couple, and the space was efficiently designed, allowing for a good level of privacy. The bathroom and toilet were very clean, and we enjoyed spending time together in the dining area each evening.
As the hosts live upstairs, guests are asked to keep quiet after 11 p.m., but having them nearby was more comforting than restrictive.

Cons:

The location is about a 20-minute walk from the nearest subway, which can feel a bit far after a long day, but there’s a convenience store right across the street for snacks and breakfast items.

Pros:

帰省の為２泊させていただきました。お部屋はとても広く、清潔でとても快適でした。
今回はあまり使用しませんでしたが、食器や調理器具などもたくさん揃っていました。
コーヒーやお茶が無料で置いてあったのもうれしいです。
アメニティやタオル類も細部まで気遣いがされていて、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。
オーナーご夫妻はとても気さくな方でした。チェックアウト時にお見送りまでしていただき、嬉しかったです。
また機会があればお邪魔したいです。ありがとうございました。

家庭的な温かみを感じました
Pros:

親子３人で2泊しました。清潔で綺麗にされていて、大変心地良く過ごすことができました。キッチンには自炊できるようあらゆる道具が揃っており、まるで自宅のように便利で快適でリラックスできました。スーパーは徒歩圏内ですが、自転車を貸して頂けるので急ぎの買物時に助かりました。寝室は２つありベットがとても心地良かったです。宿泊日は雨が降り蒸し暑い日で南寝室にエアコンがないことをオーナーさんは心配されていましたが、リビングからの冷気と扇風機で問題なく眠れました。中心地から少し離れた静かな住宅地にあり、札幌での暮らしをちょっぴり体験したような気持ちになりました。お天気が良ければ自転車で街を散策してみたかったです。オーナーご夫婦がとても親切で朗らかで素敵です。出発の朝もいろいろお気遣い下さり、大変お世話になりました。

Pros:

The hosts were really lovely - we were picked up when we got off our bus, they drove us to pick up our rental car and then took us to the bus station to catch our bus to Hakodate! Lovely people ❤️

Cons:

The kitchen area was a bit cluttered and there wasn’t much space to prepare food except for the dining table.
The bedroom, dining and kitchen area were behind doors but the bathroom and toilet were in the hallway entrance area shared with the hosts.

We loved it so much!
Pros:

This is the best stay we had in Hokkaido. The hosts (Satoshi and his partner) were extremely attentive and kind. We made several requests upon arrival and they eagerly addressed all the needs. The unit was a tad small for 4 people but very functioning. It was extremely clean and we had a very confortable stay. It felt like staying with a friend with a nice house.

Cons:

Nothing really. You need to be aware that the location is 15 min walk to the closest metro station (or a few minutes taxi ride). We knew this and it wasn't our concerning factor.
