Anyone not part of the reservation is not allowed.
NO ALCOHOL, NO DRUNK in the house.
Check in time between 3 pm to 9 pm, it's not possible to access after check-in times.

If the floor bathroom gets wet, please mop it.
The laundry machine is exclusively for cleaning personnel. Guests cannot use the laundry area.

If you do not leave the card, it will cost $1,200 Mexican pesos to replace it. (You must send a photo via WhatsApp or message proving that you left the key to each room attached to the door)

Cons:

el host no respondió al momento de llegar, me dejó esperando una hora afuera del establecimiento, yo estando completamente sola y en la lluvia, no fue para disculparse si quiera. Mandé mi Ine desde una semana antes y al momento de llegar resulta que ni eso habían mandado al guardia de la entrada. el lugar estaba bien pero se ve que no le tienen cuidado al detalle, el piso esta todo hinchado y feo, además que la cama super incómoda.
Repito, el serivicio del HOST PESIMO definitivamente no volvería

El departamento es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario, es acogedor y bastante bien de ubicación.

Cons:

Es una casa compartida y nos tocaros dos días de bastante ruido. Pero pasada la media noche todo se quedó en silencio.

Pros:

La ubi super si vas al Pepsi Center a un evento. El anfitrión se tarda un poquito en contestar pero esta atento siempre, te da las instrucciones bien claras, nomas pónganse chidos por que para poder entrar se requiere que manden sus datos previos, el anfitrión los solicita, pero yo no vi y me tarde un poquito para poder ingresar, pero me resolvió rapidísimo. Asi que reserven sin duda, no mas pónganse al tiro a sus mensajes.

La ubicación es excelente. El cuarto en sí está. A muy bien, cómodo, con clóset muy amplio

Lo único que no nos gustó es que el agua caliente nunca funcionó en la ducha. Sobre todo cuando alguien más usó la lavadora al mismo tiempo, el agua se nos volvió helada

Tudo fluiu muito bem, desde o pré check-in até pós check-in. É literalmente um apartamento no padrão, muito limpo e bem decorado. Muito aconchegante. Ótima localização. Recomendo!
