Die Unterkunft hat ansonsten eine gute Lage ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch gut eingerichtet aber das Personal ist sehr reserviert!
Die Mitteilung ja ich kann deutsch stimmt nicht eine Unterhaltung ist nicht möglich! Ja ich habe WhatsApp aber keine Zeit eine Nummer bekommt man nicht, auf ein Schreiben an eine gefundene Nummer der Vermieterin wurde über WhatsApp absolut nicht reagiert sie hat bestätigt dass es ihre Nummer ist und sie WhatsApp hat wir sind verzweifelt!
Die Duscheinrichtung ist so defekt dass Verletzungen vorprogrammiert sind!
Der Schlafkomfort und die Bett-Hygiene lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!
Wenn eine Kommunikation zu Stande gekommen wäre wären die technischen Probleme mit etwas Werkzeug von uns im umdrehen erledigt gewesen und die Vermieterin hätte die Bettbezüge abkochen können und schon sind alle Fragen ausgeräumt aber nein es war nicht möglich selbst auf WhatsApp war keine Kommunikation möglich eine zugesicherte E-Mail-Adresse haben wir auch nicht bekommen Deswegen bleibt letztendlich nur die Beschwerde an booking.com!

Szanowna Pani Wynajmująca,

mam nadzieję, że wszystko w porządku.

Zwracam się do Pani, aby poinformować o poważnych niedociągnięciach w obiekcie, który zarezerwowałem przez booking.com. Te niedociągnięcia niestety w znacznym stopniu wpłynęły na nasze doświadczenia. Pomimo moich wielokrotnych prób skontaktowania się z Panią, do tej pory nie otrzymałem satysfakcjonującej odpowiedzi.

Drugiego dnia mojego pobytu próbowałem zwrócić uwagę starszego pana na miejscu na te niedociągnięcia. On jest w moim wieku (73 lata) i ma, podobnie jak ja, trudności z komunikacją w języku niemieckim i polskim. Wydaje się, że również Pani ma trudności z pełnym zrozumieniem sytuacji, pomimo Pani zapewnienia, że rozumie Pani niemiecki. Te bariery językowe utrudniają jasno i wyraźnie przedstawienie niedociągnięć.

Jednym z głównych problemów jest kabina prysznicowa. Martwię się o bezpieczeństwo, ponieważ złamanie szkła drzwi kabiny prysznicowej w przypadku upadku na krawędź może być potencjalnie niebezpieczne, szczególnie dla dzieci. W mojej pracy w pomocy dzieciom bezpieczeństwo jest dla mnie szczególnie ważne. Ważne jest, aby unikać takich niebezpieczeństw z wyprzedzeniem.

Dodatkowo zauważyłem, że prowadnice drzwi kabiny prysznicowej nie są już prawidłowo wyregulowane, co stanowi poważne ryzyko dla bezpieczeństwa. Aby prawidłowo wyregulować drzwi, potrzebne są odpowiednie narzędzia, które jednak nie zostały mi udostępnione, mimo moich próśb. Starszy pan i ja nie mogliśmy samodzielnie rozwiązać tej sytuacji z powodu bariery językowej i braku narzędzi.

Chcę podkreślić, że zarówno obiekt, jak i lokalizacja bardzo mi się podobają. Moim celem jest szybkie i bezpieczne wyjaśnienie poruszonych niedociągnięć. Nie chodzi mi tak bardzo o konkretny zwrot kosztów za niedogodności; bardziej proszę o odpowiednie rozwiązanie, które uwzględni okoliczności.

Wspaniałe spokojne miejsce dla przyjezdnych z rowerami, na wypoczynek itp. Pokoje czyste i jest wszystko co potrzeba. W lecie w upalne dni chłodno w pokoju i czyste powietrze. Świetna atmosfera na odetchnięcie od hałasu :)

Ak sa rozhodneme ist zasa tymto smerom urcite sa sem vratime

Prijemna pani nas cakala hned ako sme zaparkovali, ukazala nam cely vrchny apartman , wow celkovo spokojni . Ventilator , sietky na oknach . Osusky nachystane, kuchynka vybavena, k dispozicii aj ich vonkajsi gril s posedenim .
