Pros:

It is the midpoint between Pantai Teluk Cempedak and the city center.

It's very convenient to go to the city center or the beach.

Although it's located next to a main road with heavy traffic, the room's windows are well soundproofed, so you can barely hear any outside noise.

Ample parking spaces.

Cons:

There's nothing I'm dissatisfied with.

Pros:

The location was good, ample parking and has water dispenser. Amenities were provided and shower was good.

Cons:

Place was slightly run down with odour,but was clean. For the price you cant complain much if you are looking for a night to sleep only.
