Struttura pulita, buona colazione, proprietari disponibili e accoglienti. Hanno organizzato il trasporto dei bagagli con tuk tuk dato che è in una posizione scomoda rispetto alla città.

Non presente biancheria da letto e da bagno in entrambe le stanze, ma solo in una. Una delle stanze oltretutto ha il tetto leggermente aperto ed entrano insetti la sera. Posizione scomoda per chi viaggia con i bagagli: 30/40 minuti di passeggiata (con salite piuttosto ripide). Ma i proprietari possono organizzare dei tuktuk.

Everything was perfect
Nous avons passé 4 nuits. Nous occupions les 2 chambres d'hôtes avec nos deux enfants. On a beaucoup aimé le calme, la vue depuis le balcon, avec les écureuils qui jouent dans les branches. On a adoré être un peu à l'écart du bruit et de la pollution d'Ella tout en étant à 10-15 mn de marche par la voie ferrée (super expérience !). Il y a aussi une mauvaise route par laquelle un tuk tuk peut amener vos bagages à votre arrivée. Les petits déjeuners sont géniaux. Possibilité aussi de repas du soir sur place par l'hôtesse, vraie cuisine familiale! Sinon il y a un petit resto délicieux et pas cher du tout à 5 mn par la voie ferrée : là aussi super expérience d'y aller le soir à la lampe de poche par la voie ferrée ! Très bien placé pour le Ella rock, la cascade, le little Adams pick, nine arch bridge..on a tout fait à pied. On recommande vivement, à condition tout de même de pouvoir marcher un peu (c'est plat par la voie ferrée).
Ah et petit plus: c' est le meilleur débit wifi que j'ai eu au Sri lanka

Perfect location to conquer Ella Rock for sunrise or all the various trails around Ella. The 30min walk from Ella center is worth it, there are many things to see and it's great to escape the hustle of the crowded areas. We felt very safe and comfortable.
A few extras like a sheet and additional toilet paper would have made our stay perfect - probably we should have asked early enough for it.
The view was realy beautiful and the host was really sweet. However, our idea of cozy and clean accomodation didn't match the accomodation we got.
We were dissapointed with the breakfast that cost 3 euros each person.

The view and the staff was great! Very helpful and kind
The road was very hard to drive with the car. We had to took the TukTuk to get to the hotel as the road was really bumpy.
The shower didn’t work and we could use only the cold water + the sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth under the shower.
It was raining whole night so the room gets really cold in a moment.
The full space wasn’t clean including the towels or the bedsheets.
Chathu has been incredibly welcoming and made us feel truly like home! The breakfast was delicious and the mountain view priceless. 10/10 :)
We had an amazing stay at this charming little homestay, located about a 30-minute walk from the center of Ella. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by lush, jungle-like nature that made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The daily breakfast served on the balcony was delicious and offered at a very fair price. It was the perfect way to start our day, enjoying the morning view and the sounds of nature.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt truly welcomed.
If you're looking for a tranquil retreat just outside the busy center of Ella, this place is perfect. Highly recommend!

As per them, the owners are really friendly and helpful even though they have a tuk tuk service, so there no need to worry about going anywhere. As per my guests the the sri lankan homemade breakfast was truly amazing.
The view from the balcony is beautiful and the location adds a connection to the local life far from the tourist route. Amazing and special experience.
It os important to note that the home stay is very minimal. No hot water in the shower, no drinking water, we had to bring water bottles ourselves. Quite far from the main town but thats the charm.
