Ubicación inmejorable, con mucha tranquilidad pese a ser lugar de paso para ir a ver los 9 Arch, se puede ir andando a visitarlos en una ruta de unos 5-10 minutos a pie.
Nos sorprendió favorablemente la terraza, la cual es un mirador excelente hacia el valle donde se encuentran los 9 Arch.
Anfitriona muy amable con excelente desayuno incluido en el precio.

The nine arch bridge is very close, the Little Adam's Peak also.
The house is next to the road, sometimes tuktuks are noisy, but it is ok.
Great location few minutes walking away from the bridge. The room is very clean and comfortable. The host an elderly lady was very nice to us! We really liked the breakfast she prepared. If you are looking for a place in Ella this one is great as you are next to the main attraction. We loved our stay!
We liked this homestay a lot. The location is perfect for trips to Ella Rock, the 9 Arch Bridge and the center of Ella is half an hour walk or tuktuk.
From the terrace you have great views of the valley and you can see the trains pass by. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruits, toast, omelets and coffee and tea. The bed is super comfy and has a musquito net. There is a kettle and tea. There are two lounge chairs on the terrace that are super comfy. Sometimes cute squirrels run by, great to observe.
The owners are amazing and very welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this homestay in Ella.
It gets noisy, a lot. Especially during daytime. The property is right next to the path leading to the 9 arch bridge, so lots of people and tuktuks pass by. The trains can also be heard. At night it's okay, but earplugs are recommended. The shower pressure should be looked at. These points however don't take away the great experience we had.
Nice view from the terrace
I know it’s a low cost hotel, but we had other ones for a similar piece which were not as low quality as this one
When you take a shower, the WHOLE bathroom is flooded,
non of the plugs were working, so charging the phones was impossible
The WiFi didn’t work
The breakfast was not good at all
All the furniture was very cheap and didn’t seem clean
Since we booked a 3-nights stay, we decided to change the hotel after the first night.
We told the manager we’ll stay somewhere else, but will be anyway there to do the check out and of course the payment of the whole 3-day stay. After this the management started harassing and kept saying calling us over 10 times, trying to force us to cancel the reservation on booking (which is impossible when the stay has already started)
This was by far the poorest experience we had here in Sri Lanka. Even if you are on a budget, there are nicer places than this one
Location is peaceful but also not too far from town
Very basic, but great value
Location is perfect because you can reach MiniAdams peak and NineArch bridge by foot.
Perfect location. Incredibly hospitable owners. Great breakfast.
