It had a great location that was very close to the railway station and once we had found the station it was reasonably easy to find the apartment even although it was only marked by the street number and there was no sign outside. The host Gregorio was very helpful and made sure we could use the keys and set up the internet connection for us on our phones. The apartment was very nice with tiled floor. It was a traditional block with beautiful marble floored hallway and a classical European lift in the centre of the building.

Cons:

We had a private bathroom but it was down the hall from our room.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND PERFECT! 10/10
Pros:

Me and my friends had a perfect stay here. The host was super friendly and approachable and so helpful! The rooms are extremely spacious, extremely comfortable beds and a very good sized bathrooms. The room has all the essentials and if you need an iron all you need to do is ask! It comes with free fast WiFi too! The accommodation is in perfect reach to everything from the city centre being a shy of a few minutes walk and on the same street as local supermarkets and shops. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be staying here again for value of money!

Pros:

A very pleasant stay! The host welcomed us at the front door when we arrived and was very helpful with all of our questions! We rented a room with a private bathroom inside of it, both were very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Everything regarding the room was perfect, the only downside is that Via Roma can get quite noisy, especially during the weekend.

Very good option for a few day staying in Palermo.
Pros:

You can easily get there from the airport, it is about 5-minute walk form the stop of the airport shuttle. And also the most important sites are within a walking distance. Lot of restaurants and bars are around there. The Ballaro market is only a couple of streets away.

Cons:

The bed could have been a lot more comfortable. The noise coming from the street was some times disturbing.

Good, I would recommend.
Pros:

It was very clean, it had AC and TV. Nice staff, very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Very thin walls and also windows very thin. You can hear everything that is happening on the streets at night.

Pros:

The B&B was in a fair location and the room and accommodations were clean, new, and spacious. It is safe and secure with a secure portal, B&B entrances, and your own room entrance, so truly safe! Although some negatives, I would still give the place a chance if there are no other accommodations to be found, etc.

Cons:

The location could have been better. It was a bit noisy, there was really no view, and the owner was a bit pushy, insisting on an exact time of departure 2 days before we were leaving. I don't need that stress when I am leisurely traveling. Finally, the bed was uncomfortable and the mattress cover was small for the bed and kept on coming off. I don't want to sleep on a public mattress.

One day I would return.
Pros:

I arrived to Palermo 25th of June, last Sunday. Before my trip Gregory the host kept contacting with me about everything that I have to know on my arrival. He picked me up at the airport and took me to the accommodation. He is very friendly and I have to say he is an outstanding host 10/10! The accommodation is located in the centre of Palermo. The place is very clean, modern, my room was excellent (fridge, air conditioning, tv) was in my room. Gregory gave me a map, list of restaurants, tips what I should see where I should eat during my stay. Everything was 10-20 minutes walking distance from the house. I would 100% recommend his place to anyone who wants to go to Palermo. I had a very good time there.
