Overpriced
Pros:

The room was a fair size.

Cons:

The value for money ratio is not good. This property is very expensive for what you get.
The lack of facilities make it better suited to be a hostel.

Pros:

Das große Badezimmer mit Warmwasser haben wir sehr genossen. Nette Gespräche mit Sol und Chris. Wir haben sogar in ein Zimmer im oberen Stock wechseln können, obwohl wir fälschlicherweise eines im Erdgeschoß gebucht hatten (First floor ist Erdgeschoß).

Cons:

Wegen dem letzten Taifun sehr holprige Zufahrtsstraße. Aber dafür können die Besitzer natürlich nichts.

Pros:

Een allerhartelijkste ontvangst van de gastvrouw ( en gastheer). Echt geweldig!
De kamers zijn basic en het leukste is het gezamenlijke 'dakterras'. Leuk om over Port Barton heen te kijken. De locatie is prima: even buiten het centrumpje, maar prima.

Cons:

De kamers mogen iets meer aangekleed worden. Maar dat is bijzaak...

Piejace koguty cala noc i dzieci bawiace sie od 6 rano, jesli ktos ma slaby sen jak ja to nie pospi:/ w lazienkach przydalyby sie dozowniki z mydlem i szamponem zamiast wydzielone mini mydelko i mini saszetki szamponu, po jednym na kilka dni ktore bylismy to zdecydowanie za malo

Gute Unterkunft, Ausstattung könnte besser sein
Pros:

Freundliche Gastgeberin, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser auf der Dachterasse mit schönem Blick über den Ort.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, und es gab kein WLAN im Zimmer. Die Bettlaken waren uns zu dünn und lösten sich vom Bett. Für diese Ausstattung insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits von Ortskern, aber das sieht man ja auf der Karte. Die Straßen sind nicht beleuchtet. Wenn es stark regnet, sind die umliegenden Straßen sehr matschig bzw. stehen unter Wasser - dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts.

Cons:

Un peu à l’écart sur une route en terre (dommage si pluie) mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement
Qui a tout fait pour nous trouver des transports

Pros:

Sol is very kind and she has been available for us for everything (advices for restaurants and beaches, breakfast hours, transfer, scooter rent).
The room is clean and near to the center of Port Barton. She and her husband have been the perfect hosts. We recommend this place :)
