Tanie i przyzwoite miejsce na postój w Łodzi
Pros:

Jest to po prostu fajne, ciche budżetowe miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z centrum Łodzi. Zlokalizowane w cichej okolicy, w pobliżu zoo i orientarium (co dla niektórych na pewno będzie dodatkowym atutem). Bez żadnych szczególnych luksusów, raczej nieco siermiężne, co też ma swój urok.

Cons:

Łazienka była jednak nieco podniszczona - problem ze spłuczką, drzwi od prysznica nieco odpadające.

Lokalizacja - blisko do zoo, aquaparku oraz ogrodu botanicznego

Zerowa czystość - wystrój PRL-u nie jest problemem, lecz brak czystości i zaniedbania w naprawach. Wykładzina w ogromnych plamach, lamka nocna kleiła sie od brudu, stolik i krzesła wyszczerbione, grzyb w łazience na suficie, fugach, słuchawce prysznicowej oraz brodziku, spłuczka w toalecie zepsuta - korek rozporowy wetkniety zamiast niej, woda cieknąca całą noc. Na podłodze resztki obcięty paznokci po poprzednich lokatorach. Firanka porwana, wisząca na słowo honoru, klamka w drzwiach do pokoju ledwo sie trzymała. Kuchnia do ktorej jest ogólny dostęp to kompletna porażka. Bałam się włożyć cokolwiek do lodówki lub mikrofali ze względu na brak higieny oraz ogólny bród

Polecam jako punkt wypadowy do ogrodu zoologicznego. Blisko do tramwaju.

Klimatyczne miejsce, zwłaszcza zdjęcia na ścianach. Czysta, świeża pościel, uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci pracownicy, wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Cons:

Przez ścianę pokoju bardzo było słychać rozmowy/zbieranie się rano osób w nim zamieszkujących (oczywiście w granicach normalnej aktywności 6-22), natomiast przyjechałam akurat przed egzaminem i zależało mi na ciszy i wypoczynku, także było to nieco niezręczne w tej sytuacji.
