Pros:

Na bardzo duży plus widok z okien na piętrze. Przepiękna panorama Tatr. Szkoda że niewidoczna z parteru domku przez zasądzone drzewa. Podobnie na duży plus śniadania. Są bardzo smaczne mimo, że raczej z prostych produktów. Widać, że panie które je przygotowują bardzo się starają.

Cons:

Zatrzymaliśmy się w domku położonym później głównego budynku. Na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda bardzo dobrze, ale już po chwili widać że potrzebuje remontu. W złym stanie jest podłoga. Ugina się i ma takie miejsca gdzie panele zupełnie się zapadają. Łazienki są niewykończone (gołe ściany, na których widać jeszcze mazaje ze szpachli) i odstają poziomem od reszty domku. Krzesła przy stole w kuchni są rozchwiane i kołyszą się. Sam stół też jest obdrapany. Materace domagają się wymiany na nowe bo są wyleżane. Kanapa w salonie zapada się - w jednym miejscu wydaje się jakby miała po prostu dziurę w środku.

Jeszcze jeden minus odnośnie widoku na góry. Jest piękny z balkonu, ale z parteru i mebli ogrodowych przed domkiem wszystko zasłaniają drzewka posadzone centralnie przed domkiem. Nie rozumiem jak można tak popsuć niesamowity widok. Wystarczyło zasadzić tuje zamiast drzew albo zrobić ładne, stylizowane na góralski styl ogrodzenie które byłoby takiej wysokości że niczego by nie zasłaniało.

Pros:

Zdecydowanie największą zaletą był widok, śniadanka też bardzo smaczne oraz Panie, które je przygotowywały bardzo zaangażowane i uprzejme.

Cons:

Poduszki niewygodne i polecam z góry dawać dwa ręczniki na osobę(co z reszta jest standardem hotelowym) tak aby zwiększyć komfort i higienie przy korzystaniu z jacuzzi i sauny.

Pros:

Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje piękny widok z wybranych pokoi oraz cicha, spokojna okolica, która sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Dodatkowo panie obsługujące śniadania były bardzo pomocne i życzliwe, co znacząco poprawiało komfort pobytu.

Cons:

Jeden ręcznik na osobę to zdecydowanie za mało, zwłaszcza że pokój nie jest sprzątany w trakcie pobytu.

Kolejna kwestia to brak sprzątania, ale też brak podstawowych narzędzi, żeby samemu utrzymać porządek np. zamieść podłogę w razie potrzeby.

Największy problem to jednak dostęp do obiektu: sytuacja z niedziałającym kodem i blokadą drzwi zdarzyła się nam już drugi raz również dwa lata temu. Tym razem po wyjściu do auta o godz 10 w celu spakowania bagaży nie mogliśmy wrócić do środka budynku, mimo że doba trwa do 11.00, mieliśmy szczęście, że kuchnia była otwarta i udało się dostać do środka inną drogą żeby odebrać dziecko i psa z pokoju.

I don’t recommend this hotel
Cons:

First of all, in winter it’s no-no, cause there is 15% slope and without snow car was towing. Very strong smell of chlorine. There were brown water from the tap. Overall room was dirty. When I asked to return the money or move as to another hotel, receptionist said us, that we could check out the next day, and then, if smbd would rent a room, I could have my money back, in other case no chance. That was the first I hear smth like that. By the way, receptionists was very rude. After half an hour talking to receptionist, then to her manager we moved to other hotel near by. Other hotel was good.
