Przyzwoity nocleg w centrum Tarnowskich Gór
Pros:

Pałac Ogrodowa ma sporo atutów, położony jest przy cichej uliczce, ale niedaleko centrum miasta. Duży i wygodny parking i piękny zadbany ogród robią wrażenie od wejścia. Sam budynek też jest przepiękny, z oszołamiającą klatką schodową i wysokimi oknami. Jest winda, co przy tego typu obiektach nie jest standardem. Pokój wygodny, dobrze wyposażony. Łazienka przestronna. Duży plus za możliwość skorzystania z czajnika, dostępnego dla wszystkich gości. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i troskliwy.

Cons:

Dużym minusem są cienkie zasłony, przepuszczające światło. Gdyby nie opaska na oczy, którą zawsze ze sobą wożę, nie byłabym w stanie spać. Przydałaby się też choć butelka wody na powitanie.

Enttäuscht!
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Marktplatz und zum Zentrum.
Die Gartenanlage war sehr schön und der Parkplatz vor der Tür

Cons:

1) Die Betten hatten faktisch null Federung. Außerdem wurden Matratzen über eine Couch gelegt und als "Doppelbett" verkauft. Ein anderes Zimmer nur gegen Aufpreis. Das andere Bett hatte mehr Federn als Komfort, die praktischerweise für eine extreme Massage immer wieder in den Rücken fuhren.
2)Duschkabine undicht
3)Heizung nicht abschaltbar
4)Beleuchtung ohne Birne
5)Fernseher nicht auschaltbar
6) Frühstück sehr wenig, kein Obst, altes Müsli
7) Abends keine Bar,
8) keine Mülltonne, weder im Zimmer noch vor dem Hotel.
9) kein Zimmerservice

Duży pokój jak na jednoosobowy, czystość.

Cons:

Najbardziej zszokowało mnie to ze taki hotel nie ma wogole ekspresu do kawy .Kawa jeżeli można to nazwać kawą podawana w dzbanku.
Śniadania- chyba zależy od personelu jedno było okropne ,chleb wydawał się być rozmrożony i mały wybór, drugie śniadanie w miarę dobre ale w zwykłym motelu jadłam lepsze gdzie były dziennie świeże bułki . Plusem były tylko pokoje i czystość, raczej już tam nie wrócę.
