ロケーションが良いし、清潔。

Cons:

チェックイン時にスタッフも言っていたが、泊まった部屋だけだと思うが、寝室の電気が付いたり付かなかったりした。

Good value for money.
Pros:

The location is good as it is near to most landmarks in the city. The appliances work well especially the hot water.

Cons:

Didn’t use the microwave as it looks dirty (the color). Instructions for check out may be added beforehand as the handler looks scary.

I like the location but I dont like the main light switch. Also the way how the offer online wasn’t clear.
Pros:

I like the location. Near to almost all food stalls and merchants.

Cons:

The main source of light isnt working well. It doesn’t switch automatically when you turn it on. Its annoying. You need to change that. The toothbrush holder in the restroom is damage.

the main room light does not work, there are insects in the room, the air conditioning would not cool the room down. the furniture is old and dark in an already dark room does not make you feel good

Great location! Would be perfect if cleaning is improved
Pros:

Location. Session road is just around the corner. Burnham Park is 2 blocks away. The public market is about an 11-12 minute walk. Dangwa terminal is near. Ili-likha is on the other side of the street. There is a taxi stand right across the street. SM Savemore supermarket is downstairs. You can cook since it has utensils and a fridge. Hot water heater is excellent! There are slippers provided too! Dishwashing soap was provided.
Safety - very important for me. There is an access card needed to get to your floor.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved. Although I did not cook, the range hood needs cleaning. There is grease dripping from it. The room smells a bit of cigarette smoke. Not sure if the previous occupant smoked inside the room. It would help if there is a bath mat for the guest to wipe their feet after stepping out of the shower. It prevents the bathroom from getting dirty. There is need to do periodic pest control since I can see small cockroaches crawling around the place, especially the kitchen counter.

We were very pleased with our rental and we rested well and the shower had good hot water.
Pros:

We had everything that we needed close by including a grocery store, good eating places, fruit stands and hot pandesol.

Amazing and comfortable
Pros:

I really like the security of the condo, the staffs are friendly and the location is good for tourist
