Todo fantastico, muy limpio,moderno y amplio.

Cons:

La comunicación con la dueña no es del todo fácil ya que habla poco portugués, pero aún así logramos entendernos!

Außergewöhnlich gut, mit nur kleinen Defiziten.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft mit super großer Terrasse und Balkonen, in direkter Nähe des Strandes von Belém/Lissabon.
Leider verläuft die Hauptverkehrsstraße und die Bahnstrecke auch direkt an der Unterkunft vorbei, was den Aufenthalt bei geöffneten Fenstern ziemlich lautstark werden lassen kann.
Küche und Wohnstube sind Gemeinschaftsräume deren Ausstattung sehr gut und recht modern ist.
Kostenfreie Parkplätze, welche ca. 20m und direkt vor der Unterkunft liegen, gibt es genügend
Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft eine kostengünstige, gut gelegene und modern ausgestattete Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Lissabon, welche nur aufgrund der ein oder anderen unsauberen Stelle im Dusch- und Badezimmerbereich und der Lautstärke durch den Verkehr von mir eine Bewertung von 3-4 anstatt 5 von 5 Sternen erhält. und sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Schimmelflecken an Silikonfugen im Dusch-/Badebereich.

Perfect clean accomodation for a short stay
Pros:

Area is very good. Apartment is a huge space, even though it is shared, there are two bathrooms and separated room which makes it comfortable and you have your my own privacy.

Cons:

Living room area could be equipped to feel more like an apartment and living area.

Unerträglich laut
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist schön und groß, sehr gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbat an einer mehrspurigen Schnell und Hochstraße und an einer Bahnlinie auf der auch Nachts unglaublich laute Züge fahren. Der Krach von der Schnellstraße ist trotz geschlossener Fenster unerträglich. Man meint unmittelbar neben einer Autobahn zu liegen, schlafen war fast unmöglich. Schade für die ansonsten schöne Wohnung.

L’appartamento si trova proprio di fronte al museo dei combattenti, con uber puoi raggiungere Lisbona a prezzi economici, posizione, li vicino ci sono altre cose da visitare, anche il centro di Belem è a pochi passi. Consiglio vivamente
