Pros:

Właścicieli bardzo sympatyczny i pogodny. Świetna lokalizacja - doskonała bazą wypadową na wszelkie piesze wycieczki.

Lokalizacja 10/10 3 min spacerem do Krupowek i kilka minut do przystanków na busa.
Gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy,pomocny.
Dużo miejsca, ciepło, pełne wyposażenie.

Bardzo duży i czysty pokój, bardzo klimatyczny , bardzo dobrze wyposażony, spełnił moje oczekiwania .

Mając niezbyt duże rozeznanie w cenach w Zakopanem uważam że lokal nie jest najwyższej klasy ale relacja cena/jakos
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum bardzo blisko Krupówek ( jest skrót przez muzeum Tatrzańskie), niedaleko do Żabki Lidla itd. , ale mimo wszystko bardzo spokojnie. Można pójść pieszo w kierunku Giewontu przez dolinę Strążyską, ew. my chodziliśmy także pieszo do pod Krokiew i do Kuźnic. Lokal czysty , kompletnie wyposażony, kuchnia łazienka itd. , jest mały elektryczny grzejnik - przydał się do suszenia po deszczu w górach i małym praniu. Można sobie gotować. Dostaliśmy pościel , ale nie ręczniki. Byliśmy na to przygotowani bo w opisie było że pościel i ręczniki nie są zawarte w ofercie lub chyba dodatkowo płatne. Parkowanie bezproblemowe i bezpłatne- jest taki może trochę niewygodny zjazd w dół za domem, ale naszym kombi spokojnie daliśmy radę. Podczas naszego pobytu parking był dość luźny (miejsce na kilka aut). Niemałe podwórko z trawą - nie korzystaliśmy ale z małymi dziećmi może być przydatne. Sympatyczny właściciel.

Cons:

Nie przyszło mi do głowy aby dopytatać o to właściciela ale myślałem że wynajmuję parter domu widoczny z ulicy. Jednak wynajęty przez nas lokal był poziom niżej i wejścia do niego nie widać z ulicy ani chyba na zdjęciach obiektu. Efekt jest taki że w godzinach porannych od wschodu jest tam sporo światłan ale później jest mocno ciemno także ze względu na zaciemniające otoczenie, po południu trzeba zapalić światło. Zaskakująco miękkie łóżka - dość wygodne ale nie każdemu to może odpowiadać. Trochę nieprzyjemny zapach - być może od mocnego środka do sprzątania. Wieczorem i czasami w nocy lekki szum od jakiegoś urządzenia z pomieszczeń właściciela- nie było to dla nas uciążliwe ale dla bardziej wyczulonych może być . W nocy wszystko się niesie bardziej jak jest cisza. Zgodnie z opisem brak pralki.
