Excellent stay - Twice!
Pros:

Used this hotel at the beginning and end of our vacation in Poland. Set in a cute side alley. Very clean and well maintained. Most rooms and reception office are on 4th floor but there is an elevator. Staff were very helpful. Excellent location: 10 minute walk to Warsaw Centralna and mall; 5 minutes to Palace of Culture and Science. Located in very close proximity to good restaurants, donut shops, a Zabka. Public transportation easy walking distance.

Cons:

We did not have any issues.

Comfortable stay in the middle of the shopping district. Very helpful property manager who even drove us to the airport
Pros:

Very helpful property manager. Water was provided. In the middle of the shopping district; a bit of a walk to Old Town (about 1.3 miles).

Cons:

Noise from the bar downstairs. Shutting the windows helped and ear buds were provided.

To już mój trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu i na pewno nie ostatni 😊 Świetna lokalizacja w samym sercu Warszawy, bardzo konkurencyjna cena w porównaniu do innych hoteli w okolicy, a do tego wysoki standard czystości. Pokoje zadbane, obsługa miła i pomocna. Za każdym razem pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo. Zdecydowanie polecam zarówno na krótki wyjazd, jak i dłuższy pobyt.

La posizione vicina a ristoranti e negozi. Anche il centro storico era facilmente raggiungibile con autobus.Tutta la dotazione offerta come anche bevande e snacks. La gentilezza e generosità dell' host.

Cons:

La difficoltà estrema nel trovare un parcheggio a prezzo ragionevole. Gli schiamazzi notturni dovuti al fatto che è una zona di movida.

Struttura consigliatissima!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato due notti in questa struttura con i miei genitori in camera quadrupla.
La struttura si trova in pieno centro di Varsavia, a due minuti dal Palazzo della cultura e della scienza, in un via pedonale piena di ristoranti, bar, panetterie.
Camera pulitissima, grande, dotata di ogni confort e set di cortesia.
Staff eccezionale e disponibile. Check-in disponibile anche di notte: il personale si trova nella struttura e in 1 minuto arriva ad aprire e dare la stanza.
Cucina a disposizione degli ospiti al quarto piano, con thé, tisane, caffé, latte, fette biscottate, marmellate, cioccolata, cereali tutto gratuito. Dispone inoltre di forno a microonde, piastre, pentole e stoviglie se si vuole cucinare.
Ho girato tutta la città a piedi. Se dovessi tornare a Varsavia alloggerei qui!

Ottimo soggiorno a Varsavia
Pros:

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. La posizione è centrale, nella parte nuova della città, ma allo stesso tempo l’ambiente è tranquillo e silenzioso. Potrebbe esserci qualche voce dal piano strada nel weekend per la presenza di un locale.

La camera tripla era molto ampia, pulitissima e ben organizzata: la stanza matrimoniale era separata e chiusa da una porta, il che rende lo spazio ancora più comodo e funzionale. A disposizione degli ospiti c’era anche un cucinino ad uso comune, molto pratico per preparare qualcosa di veloce o fare colazione. L’edificio è dotato di ascensore, cosa che rende tutto ancora più comodo.

Consiglio questo alloggio a chi visita Varsavia, sia per turismo che per lavoro.

In der Fußgängerzone, sauber, Rezeption immer erreichbar. Ich würde wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Das Apartment-Gebäude liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Ganz in der Nähe Metrostation "Centrum", Hauptbahnhof auch zufuß machbar (10 min etwa ). Verschiedene Restaurants also "vor der Tür" ( mein Tipp: La Vegana [ asiat. ] ) . Gebäude und Zimmer waren absolut sauber. Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar, Nacht-Rezeptionist war sehr hilfsbereit, als meine Tür-Card mal versagte. Im Zimmer 6 : Wlan funktionierte, Bett gut, Bad groß genug, in der Duschkabine wirds ab 100 kg vielleicht etwas eng. TV vorhanden ( deutsche Sender wenig vorhanden ). Ich habe nachts kaum etwas vom Außenlärm mitbekommen, Fenster recht gut schallisolierend. Im Prinzip kann eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank mitbenutzt werden. Frühstücksangebot habe ich nicht genutzt.
Aufzug ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmer 6 hatte verschlossene Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Dadurch etwas hellhörig.
Check in erst ab 16.oo Uhr.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt
Pros:

Hotel zlokalizowany przy ulicy Chmielnej, wiec w samym centrum, łatwe i szybkie dojście z dworca, lokalizacja dobrze oznaczona. W budynku jest winda, więc można spokojnie wjechać na wyższe piętra. Na miejscu dostępna jest kuchnia z podstawowymi produktami spożywczymi (kawa, herbata, musli, dżemy, etc). Pokój posiada klimatyzację, mini aneks kuchenny, wodę, kosmetyki, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Cons:

Było odrobinę słychać odgłosy z korytarza, brakowało też możliwości blokady drzwi od środka, poza tym nie mam zastrzeżeń. Myślę, że jeszcze wrócę.
