Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück gut, auf Wunsch wurde auch frisch zubereitet, z.Bsp. Rührei usw.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlagen gab es zu unserem Bedauern nicht.

Cons:

Bei der Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte fand eine kostenpflichtige Umrechnung in Euro statt, der ich nicht zugestimmt habe. So wurden vermeidbare Gebühren fällig, ich halte das für sehr Kundenunfreundlich und werde aus diesem Grund hier nicht mehr buchen. Ich sollte mich wegen dieser Unstimmigkeiten an Booking.com wenden, die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgte jedoch über den Vermieter. Solche Dinge sollten offen, verantwortungsvoll kommuniziert werden. Schade, dass das hier nicht funktioniert hat.

Uroczy pobyt i piękna Villa

Przede wszystko było bardzo czysto, pachnąco, personel bardzo miły, duże zaskoczenie i bardzo miły gest dla gości w postaci korzystania z ekspresu do kawy, owoców ciasta soków owocowych przez cały dzień - mega miłe ( w żadnym pensjonacie villi czy hotelu się nie spotkałam z takim podejściem) Villa bardzo przyjemnie urządzona wygodna i blisko wyjścia na plażę, terenu zielonego i centrum a mimo to w spokojnym miejscu
Materac był dość twardy i mi osobiście bardzo pasował więc dla mnie pokój z salonem i balkonem był naprawdę bardzo wygodny
Mi się bardzo podobało 😘

Cons:

Byliśmy w momencie gdy temperatura przekraczała 34 stopnie i trochę brakowało klimatyzacji ale zasłony były ciemne i nie przepuszczały słońca więc jeszcze nie było tak źle

Villa Modiva to pensjonat prowadzony z dużą dbałością o szczegóły i wysoki standard obsługi. Widać to już od wejścia — spójny wystrój z dominującą bielą, dobrej jakości meble, świeże kwiaty w jadalni i na tarasie oraz zadbane części wspólne tworzą bardzo przyjemną atmosferę.

Na plus zasługują również czystość obiektu oraz bogate, urozmaicone śniadania, także w wersji na ciepło. Doceniam również całodzienny dostęp do ekspresu do kawy, a także owoców i ciastek. To drobny detal, ale sprawia, że gość czuje się naprawdę zaopiekowany. Na plus zaliczam także możliwość wypożyczenia parawanów i leżaków.

Sam pokój był bardzo wygodny. Dobre oświetlenie, komfortowe łóżko oraz duża liczba gniazdek elektrycznych sprawiły, że bez problemu można było podłączyć telefony, laptopy i pozostały sprzęt.

Schönes Zimmer in guter Lage zum Strand. Leider war das Wetter Nix. Gutes Frühstück, unbedingt die zusätzlichen Eier Speisen bestellen. Sauna im Keller, die wir aber nicht benutzt haben.

Die Nähe zum Strand, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Kaffee schmeckte toll. Die Ruhe in der Unterkunft und der extra Kuchen und Kaffee am späten Nachmittag zur Selbstbedienung. Gut ausgeschilderte Attraktionen und Fahrradstrecken, nicht zu voller toller Sandstrand.
