Lovely host, very clean, comfortable and fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of d Town
Pros:

Maria is a lovely host, very friendly, chatty, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The guest house is a gorgeous authentic Portuguese property. Very clean and great facilities, hair dryer, iron, fridge,air con, microwave, toaster,coffee machine to name a few. There is also a lovely balcony where you can see down to the square. It’s right in the middle of everything,1 min to the square and is surrounded by restaurants and shops, the beach is a couple of mins through the tunnel. Had a fantastic time, would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Nothing for us but as it’s in the centre it can be noisy if you’re early to bed, nothing ear plugs won’t solve.

Fantastic location 2 minutes from the beach, despite some night noise and weak Wi-Fi.
Pros:

The hotel was great and had everything we needed in the room. The location was excellent—very central, and it was just a 2 to 3-minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

The air conditioning could have been better, and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak. It gets a bit noisy at night, making it a little hard to sleep, but considering how close it is to the beach, that's understandable and not a major issue.

Cons:

It was too noisy for me so if you are looking for somewhere quiet, this isn't for you. However, if you want to be in the centre of everything with easy access to restaurants, night life etc, then it is perfect.
