Bliskość do stoków narciarskich. Duże podwórko, więc nie było żadnych problemów z parkowaniem, łatwo dostępne miejsce na sprzęt.

Stare krany, trudne do regulacji. Brak zasad i ich przestrzegania przez innych wynajmujących, wrzeszczące dzieciaki i zostawianie po sobie bałaganu w kuchni przez innych użytkowników na co personel nie reagował.
