Чисто і зручно за адекватною ціною
Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування, близько до історичного центру і недалеко від аеропорта
Номер чистий та досить просторий (номер 1) з просторим санвузлом.
Хазяйка Лєна допомогла мені з таксі - викликала заздалегідь таксі на 5 ранку. Дуже їй за це вдячна

Uncomfortable rooms for the price paid, overall disappointing and highly overpriced.

It’s well situated in downtown of ponta delgada and the self check in was very easy.

Cons:

This was one of the worst places I have stayed in for the price paid. The beds were uncomfortable and they did not have a top sheet on them and instead had an old, itchy comforter that did not seem like it was washed. My partner and I did not sleep from how uncomfortable it was, and we’re people who regularly stay in mountain hiking huts, etc. It’s obvious the owners take advantage of the high hotel prices in ponta delgada and keep their costs low by having shared bathrooms for guests and not investing in the comfort of the rooms.

Lokalita velmi dobrá. Čisto.

Cons:

Lépe informovat PIN u vstupu, že za číslem potvrdit #. Hosté často žádali jen čísla bez potvrzení # (pod zvonečkem) a nemohli se dostat dovnitř, bouchání na dveře.
Informace o přiděleném pokoji přichází pozdě, těsně časově před příjezdem. Hosté nemá jistotu přijetí.
Potom byl celý pobyt už velmi dobrý.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia, ci siamo trovati bene. Posizione comoda, poco fuori dal centro della città. Grande parche
Pros:

Lena, la proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile! La stanza era molto grande, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bagno pulito.

Cons:

I letti singoli, ma era specificato in fase di prenotazione. Camera 3 un po’ rumorosa, a causa delle pareti sottili e della presenza della cucina proprio lì davanti, quindi dipende anche dagli altri ospiti della struttura.
