BIG cockroaches coming out of holes in the bathroom, told the staff about it and ask for a change in room and they said "they needed to investigate it" and proceed to ignore all our messages

A estadia fui boa
Pros:

Não teve pequeno almoço, a localização e excelente

Cons:

O transporte entre o aeroporto e a local não existe e a televisão com sinal fraco. de resto tudo bem. a entrada devia estar mais bem cuidada.

Tive de cancelar quando cheguei lá e vi o quarto
Cons:

Eu cancelei a reserva porque quando chegámos lá, a chave da porta não estava onde deveria estar. Quando contactei o alojamento, foram rápidos a ir lá ajudar. Mas o que aconteceu foi que o hospede anterior não tinha feito ainda o check-out (eu fui dentro do horário estipulado pelo alojamento), o hospede tinha ficado com a chave do quarto e o quarto tinha as coisas dele lá dentro, além de não estar limpo. Não me senti segura nem confiante para ficar lá. Espero ter sido um caso isolado, mas pedi o reembolso do quarto e fui para outro hostel.

Excelente custo-benefício
Pros:

Localização perto do Metro, banheiro exclusivo, café da manhã simples mas que atende quem precisa, quarto arrumado todo dia (toalhas trocadas diariamente).

Cons:

Anfitrião não fala tanto o português nem inglês o que dificulta um pouco a comunicação. Barulho quando pessoas saem do quarto ou entram à noite, não tem isolamento acústico.
