Pros:

Lokalizacja ma tą zaletę, że w Arkadii jest bezpłatny parking.

Cons:

To nie hotel, tylko kawalerki na wynajem. Mieszkania wyglądają jakby je urządzono 20 lat temu i od tej pory nie modernizowano. W opisie było prywatne miejsce parkingowe, ale podczas rezerwacji okazało się, że takich nie ma. Wieczorem pod blokiem trudno znaleźć wolne na ulicy. W tej cenie zdecydowanie można oczekiwać czegoś lepszego.

Jestesm bardzo rozczarowany i nie polecem
Cons:

Obsługiwany przez starsze osoby z którymi kontakt jest bardzo utrudniony. Nie odbierają telefonów wcale, nie odpisują na maile
Zostawiłem kilka rzeczy osobistych które zostały wyrzucone , kosmetyczka, sprzęt sportowy. Próbowałem dodzwonić się tego samego dnia i w kolejnych. Gdy wreszcie znajomy zjawił się na miejscu to powiedzieli że nic nie zostało, czyli przywłaszczyli lub wyrzucili....

Polecam serdecznie, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Pros:

Przemiła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja (blisko do centrum Westfield Arkadia, blisko przystanku Rondo Radosława). Duży pokój, udogodnienia w postaci lodówki, mikrofali, czajnika i windy.

Cons:

Nie wszystkie śmieci zostały wyrzucone. Poza tym wszystko okej!

Rezewracja była na 12-13, gospodarz nie wywiązał się z umowy i napisał dopiero po 16 ze moge je odebrać w momencie, gdy musiałem już wyjeżdżać.

Bardzo miły Pan na recepcji wszystko nam pokazał objaśnił. Bez problemu znalazłyśmy pokój . Ogólnie jestem zadowolona.
Pros:

Przytulny wystrój, wszystko czyste, wyposażenie wystarczające na krotki pobyt. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i pościel dobrej jakości.

Cons:

Oświetlenie w łazience nad lustrem trochę słabe do zrobienia makijażu.

Budget room in convenient location,not perfectly clean, receptionist does not speak English.
Pros:

The apartment room is spacious, it is not hotel. It is in a very convenient location, close to the tram and bus stops, as well as the Arkadia shopping centre. The water was hot and the shower was satisfactory. There was one standard-sized towel. The Wi-Fi is OK. The bed is soft. The floor was clean.

Cons:

There was dust on the furniture and dishes, so I couldn't make tea. I recommend taking your own travel mugs. There was a dried-up, dead beetle about 3 cm long in the toothbrush cup in the bathroom. The lack of toilet paper (!) in the room was an unpleasant surprise. The receptionist spoke basic English at best and refused to print the invoice. However, the smell in the room was easily removed by opening the window. The smell in the hallway.
