Blisko centrum, ale stosunkowo na uboczu, dzięki czemu nie słychać gwaru. W całym budynku pięknie pachnie, bo na parterze jest lodziarnia, aczkolwiek lody w innych miejscach zdecydowanie smaczniejsze.

Cons:

Brak lodówki w pokoju. Wystarczyłaby nawet maluteńka pod stołem, bo w upalne dni nie było gdzie schłodzić napojów, albo przechować jakiejkolwiek przekąski.
