Pros:

Bon emplacement, entre le Bairro Alto et l'avenue de la Libertade. La chambre est fonctionnelle mais c'est largement suffisant pour un court séjour, la literie est confortable, les sanitaires sont toujours propres , même s'ils sont partagés.

Cons:

Ma chambre côté rue était un peu bruyante, peut-être faudrait il envisager du double vitrage, heureusement qu'il n'y a pas trop de circulation

Great stay in Dubrovnik
Pros:

Nova Alegria was a wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik. The location was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have been better, and the space itself was cozy and very comfortable. The host truly went above and beyond — she gave us excellent information about the city at check-in, welcomed us with homemade apricot liqueur, brought extra pillows when we asked, and was always quick to respond to any questions or issues. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Cons:

We thought it would be appropriate to provide coffee at no additional charge rather than the 1-year-old per capsule that was requested.

Super affordable and comfortable hotel, and a great location, a responsive host and management!
Pros:

There are four rooms in the small property and they’re all very comfortable well appointed with new furnishing and quality lens. We’ve stayed in the second room and also this time the fourth room and fourth room is nice because it overlooked a courtyard and it’s not along the street. Although when we were staying in the second room, we didn’t have much traffic noise at all. The staff is super super helpful and friendly; they offered us to drop off our bags early and to leave our bags at the end stay. Everything is clean and well maintained and communication has been excellent.

Cons:

While not a negative, guests may not be familiar with the keypad system used by the property. The keypad (left side of the door) to enter the building is not illuminated until you touch it. Touch anywhere on the keypad so it illuminates and enter the code sent by email followed by the # sign. Once you enter the building, use this same code to open the lock box (right side of door) to retrieve the fob. You will use the fob to access the hotel interior and your room. At the top of the stairs, hold the fob against the middle of the keypad to unlock the hotel door and then turn the silver knob to the right to enter. You will use the fob also to enter your room. We found that it worked best to place the fob against the middle of the keypad (sometimes it would not respond if high or low on the keypad). Be sure to keep your fob with you at all times as the room doors lock automatically if closed.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ideal
Pros:

die Lage und der Preis sehr gut. Zimmer für längerer Aufenthalte etwas klein. Die fünf Zimmer Wohnung ist in vier Zimmer, einen Gemeinschaftsraum und zwei moderne Bäder unterteilt. Bad und Flur leider fensterlos.

Cons:

Geruch im Flur, Feuchtigkeit im Bad und Flur.
Keine Möglichkeit nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen

Unpersonal, not a hotel but fine.

The location is great and the room is clean

Cons:

It’s a shared airbnb. You don’t meet any of the staff, everything is automated. Very unpersonal. Especially because getting in is difficult without help. Also, there should have been tea but wasn’t.

Modern clean central hostel
Pros:

Everything is new and modern and room quite big. Owner provides coffee, water and bath gel shampoo etc

Cons:

There was a mix up and the room hadn’t been cleaned but it was promptly fixed. The kitchen area is very small & not really big enough to eat.
