O nome do espaço realmente condiz com o local.
Pros:

LOCAL PRÓXIMO AOS LOCAIS DE FOTOS A BEIRA MAR.

Cons:

Espaço por demasiado vazio por ser um domingo. O acesso foi conforme o combinado. O quarto era de se dormir , porém nao havia tv. A cama dentro do limite , aceitável. Ambiente interno estava limpo. Um fator relevante que necessita ser revisto é o horário do check-in, 17:00 não é horário de fazer check-in em um espaço . Porém como regra da casa poderiam repensar neste horário.

The room needed a fan, as it gets hot during the day and at night, and opening the window leads to many mozzies in the room.

Pros:

My children and I enjoyed our arrival at the hotel. Very quiet, peaceful, cosy and comfortable. Although the toilet is shared, for 3 rooms on the floor, it was never blocked and had free access. We all had enough hot water for a shower. In the morning, we were treated to free coffee and tea. The friendly host sent detailed instructions for the check-in in advance.
Very good price for entire service!

Rustic, rundown and not very clean.
Pros:

Rustic is right. Rundown and lots of things just need more cleaning, care and repairs.
Don’t look too hard and there is dirt, dust and cobwebs behind the bedside table (when you want to use the socket to charge your phone), wardrobe and some of kitchen appliances and cupboards look like no one has cleaned for years.
Unclear instructions eg says washing machine costs 5 euros but doesn’t explain to call owner to use it. Says take off shoes but floor is so dirty that socks or feet are covered in grit.

Cons:

Low level of cleanliness. General state of disrepair.

Pros:

La casa contaba con todos los servicios, era cómoda y completa.
En la cocina había espacio para todos y el servicio solía estar limpio ya que cuentan con lavavajillas.

Cons:

Teníamos un buen baño privado, pero desprendía mal olor.
La habitación era grande, pero la cama no era muy cómoda, el colchón bastante duro.

Wer viel möchte, die Qualität egal ist, wenig zahlen möchte und nur eine Nacht bleibt, ist alles in Ordnung;-)
Pros:

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut und für den Zweck hat es auch ausgereicht.

Cons:

Wie auf den Bildern unschwer zu erkennen, ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf die Küche haben wir uns am meisten gefreut, da wir diese nutzen möchten, allerdings ist dort alles klebrig und nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht worden. Den Wasserkocher konnte man überhaupt nicht benutzen und auch bei der Waschmaschine hat die Wäsche danach mehr gerochen als geduftet.😉
Alles in allen müsste einiges erneuert werden und mal was investiert werden.

Der Außenbereich und die Dachterrasse ist fast nicht mehr nutzbar und schon gar nicht mit einem Kind. Also hier ist wirklich Gefahr in Verzug.
