Cons:

The reception lady. No was the answer to almost every simple request such as extra towels or booking a grab taxi for us. It's just an under standard customer service. The staff damaged our luggage pulling them against the rough stairs as there was no lift.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all, the owner just sat on her phone and didn’t even show me where our room was!
Pros:

Good view from balcony

Cons:

The owner charged me 1500 baht for bedsheets as I had ink from my tattoo on them. That’s expensive sheets if you ask me! Bed was hard as a brick also! BED SHEETS DO NOT COST 1500. Absolute con artist! Hotel is old and run down.

Great hotel with summer vibes all over, pleasant, conveniently located, nice pool
Pros:

Great hotel very conveniently located, a short stroll away from Jungceylon shopping mall and about 20 minutes to the beach. The structure is very nice, the standard rooms are specious and bright, with a good view on the greeny hillside. The establishment is very quiet and relaxed and the pool a great addition, generously sized compared to close by alternatives. All in all a very pleasant stay for a few days, highly recommended.

Cons:

The configuration of the bathroom leaves little space to the toilet (at least in the room I had) but otherwise plenty of space.
There's no elevator but only two floors, so not too inconvenient.

Pros:

Very beautiful and good hotel. Good pool, A quiet place away from the road. Big and clean room. I stay at this hotel 2 times , and next year I think stay at this hotel too:)
