Beautiful rooms, quiet location in one of the best places we visited in Thailand.
Pros:

The hosts of this accommodations were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a few feet from the water, and restaurants. Once you arrive here, you can walk everywhere. This is a magical place.

Cons:

Once you are here, transportation is mostly by taxi. It is easy to get one, the hosts will help. This is just something to be aware of, it does not take away from the experience of staying here.

Die wunderschönen, blitzsauberen Bungalow, die tolle Lage unmittelbar beim Strand, das leckere Frühstück, die lieben Menschen welche mit Herzblut dieses tolle Resort leiten und vieles mehr, machten unseren Aufenthalt hier in Sam Roi Yot unvergesslich.
Wir bedanken uns beim ganzen Namaste-Team für die Gastfreundschaft und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Namaste Resort.
Les chambres sont très lumineuses avec des grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur un joli petit jardin. Elles sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipées. Il y a même une “vraie“ douche : c’est hyper appréciable de ne pas inonder la salle de bain en se lavant (ce qui est souvent le cas dans les hôtels en Asie).
Namaste Resort est en outre très bien situé : dans une petite ruelle très calme, tout en étant à une minute à pied d’une très belle plage, de très bons petits restos, et à proximité des lieux magnifiques à visiter dans la région (notamment le parc Khao Sam Roi Yot).

Par ailleurs, nous avons énormément apprécie tous les conseils détaillés que nous avons reçus via le site internet du Namaste et en direct par Michel pour les endroits à explorer dans les environs et les bonnes adresses pour manger. Michel nous a aussi beaucoup aidé à organiser notre trajet pour notre prochaine destination.

Enfin, nous sommes très reconnaissants à Michel et sa compagne Poon d’avoir accepté de nous rembourser la première nuit que nous avions réservée et que nous n’avons pas pu passer chez eux (suite à des aléas de transport).

N’hésitez pas à venir passer au moins trois à quatre jours ici. Le coin est magnifique. Et en bonus : si vous êtes ici un samedi soir, ne manquez pas le Saturday Night Market sur la plage (Long Lay Market).

Late afternoon it 6th
was nice to relax outside your door in a beautiful garden.
Very quiet at night too which I like.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

On a adoré l’excellent confort du bungalow, la propreté, la situation idyllique, le petit déjeuner avec en plus des solutions proposées pour visiter ce que nous souhaitions. Un super séjour, merci !

Schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Service!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Strand und das Zimmer ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig gestaltet, es gibt sogar eine kleine Terasse. Besonders toll fanden wir den Service- da wir als nächsten Stopp unserer Reise zum Khao Sok Nationalpark wollten und keine direkte und schnelle Verbindung existiert, halfen uns die Hosts eine Fahrerin zu finden, die uns die 7 Stunden Fahrt ans Ziel brachte. Soviel Einsatz hat uns begeistert - vielen Dank nochmal!

Für eine Nacht okay, für den Preis geht es etwas komfortabler!

Direkt an der Beach! Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Das Bett war eine Herausforderung für den Rücken, der eine mag es der andere nicht! Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht sind aber nach einer Nacht abgereist. Die Klimaanlage ging wenn nur in der Nacht auf antarktische Temperaturen oder abschalten dann war es wie im Brutkasten.

Le gérant Michel parle français, ce qui est un plus pour les non anglophones afin de gérer votre voyage.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner, il faut aller dans les resorts plus loin dans la rue principale pour en trouver.

Pros:

Bel bungalow con esterno, siamo stati molto bene, Michael è Poon ci hanno dato un sacco di consigli riguardo i posti da visitare.
Noleggio scooter e bici sul posto. Consigliatissimo

Cons:

Il mare non è bellissimo, ma in compenso la grande distesa di acqua di Bueng Bua è un posto incredibile

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Michel et Poon sont vraiment très accueillants. Ils nous ont bien conseillés et aidés pour nos sorties, particulièrement avec notre fille de 5 ans.

Les chambres sont propres et pratiques, très bien situées par rapport à la plage et divers restaurants.

Pros:

Unfortunately, this was not the relaxing stay we had hoped for between intensive travels.
On the first night, we couldn’t sleep due to a loud, vibrating water pump next to our room that went off every few minutes. Management told us it couldn’t be fixed at short notice and moved us after the second night.
On day four, we returned from lunch to find our bedroom door wide open and a man inside our room, where all our valuables were — including my passport on a table, which had just been returned after renting a bike. The owner texted that it was the plumber, but we had not been informed in advance, despite seeing staff twice that morning and exchanging messages. We were simply told not to worry because the plumber was trusted. There were several workers with the plumber on the property unsupervised - the owner wasn’t there - which made us very uncomfortable.
We were then asked to move rooms again so the plumber could return the next day, which we declined and requested to be rescheduled.

Overall, the owners seemed absent and inattentive. Communication was minimal and management relied heavily on a kind cleaner who was clearly doing her best but was not capable of managing the property.

Pros:

Beautiful location. Our cottage was lovely and spacious. Great shower pressure. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful. Any questions we had, they always answered in minutes! Just a few short meters from the beach and great food. We'll stay here again for sure!

Cons:

The only minor issue is the beds are very firm, but that's completely normal here in Thailand. We're just soft westerners!

Ich würde sofort wieder hierher kommen und im Namaste wohnen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Michel ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Er ist sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet meist sofort. Er hilft bei Unternehmungen und Restaurants und beantwortet alle Fragen 😊
Die Lage ist perfekt, raus aus der Tür, über die Straße und schon ist man am unglaublich schönen Sam Roi Yot Strand. Die Straße stört überhaupt nicht! Alles sehr ruhig und gemächlich, trotz Hauptsaison 👍🏼
Die Entfernungen zu den anderen Attraktionen ist mit dem Scooter super erreichbar.

Cons:

Im kleineren Bungalow wären ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten mehr von Vorteil.
Ich habe allein darin gewohnt, da ging’s. Aber zu zweit wirds etwas schwierig.
