Pros:

Spacious place in a good location. We were staying off-season in January, so hot water from the boiler was an additional benefit.

Loads of room and 50 m from the beach front.
Pros:

Location - near the seafront.
Size - there is lots of room. Kitchen area is good. Big fridge and freezer

Cons:

The downstairs toilet is partially under the stairs and you have to be careful not to bang your head on the underside of the stairs. My wife was OK with it but I decided to use the bathroom upstairs.
We had to pay in cash which I didn’t see mentioned in the booking (could be I missed it!).

Pros:

Best location, and very comfortable two-levels apartment, with a large living room and a terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with various utensils (although It wouldn't hurt to have a microwave), three bedrooms, two large bathrooms. It's very bright, quiet, and clean apartment. The owner is careful and attentive, always stay in touch and constantly wondering if everything is ok. Altinkum Beach is just steps away.

Large, comfortable apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Good location 2 minutes from the seafront and supermarkets, plenty of space, WiFi fine for our needs, good aircon, plenty of hot water Comfortable beds and enough hanging and shelf space. Great to have two bathrooms though the downstairs one was not the easiest to use. It was a nice surprise to have the apartment cleaned whenever we asked. The owner kept in touch to check things were ok throughout our stay.

Cons:

The downstairs bathroom. A projecting bathroom cabinet made the sink unusable for anything but handwashing, we had to clean our teeth in the kitchen sink. The ceiling in the bathroom is very low in places as it follows the shape of the staircase and we had to be careful not to hit our heads. A mirror in the downstairs bedroom, hanging hooks on the doors and more cutlery, kitchen tools and a couple of serving dishes would have been nice. Overall, though, a very good stay.

Fabulous place
Pros:

Gorgeous apartment. Clean,modern and spacious, and so handy for the front beach area of Altinkum.It was quiet despite the location and had a lovely spacious lounge and Kitchen. I would definitely stay again.Perfect.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like.
But it could do with mirrors in each bedroom and hooks for towels if in a big group.Especially for women.
Also, a note where to put rubbish from the bins.

Pros:

The location is perfect.. 1minute to the sea, bars restaurants and shops…. The host is extremely helpful and the apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and has everything you need 👌

Pros:

Location was excellent. The owner yener, a very nice man, was always on hand to help and answer any questions (by the way, he likes a whiskey lol} The apt was very clean. The air con in every room was very good. Towels and bedding was changed as and when required. The beds were comfortable. His office girl/cleaner was a little treasure. She came in every day and cleaned up, even putting our dirty laundry in the wash. The area was very quiet and we were never disturbed by any noise. Would I come back. Definitely

Could do with mirrors in every bedroom

Beautiful apartment, overall nicely appointed & would suit those who enjoy nightlife.
Pros:

Great building & furnishings. Nice bedrooms & linen. Lovely new place.

Appreciated very much that Yener (Manager) did what he could to solve the things we needed.

Appreciated getting an extra set of keys eventually - trying to work 4 people on 1 set of keys was impossible & there is no safe keeping to store a set.

Cons:

The noise from the nightclub was unacceptable. And if the place was double glazed, that didn't stop all the sleepless nights for several of us.

The kitchen is not equipped with enough cutlery & equipment for making food for a group of us. We were told that we were not the normal guests but Turkish or groups of people wanting nightlife. We bought some stuff & did some workarounds.

We had no water the morning we left so could not shower etc before our flights.
