The 4th floor rooms were a bit of a climb but they comfortable with nice views from the terrace.
No lift, but stairs are good exercise
Nice decoration style, good quality interior items, very good coffee and breakfast, nice view with green and neat park, quite place to relax and enjoy.
No elevator for 3 floors.
The location was good
the staff booked a motor cycle taxi to take me to Wam Rai Khmer Temple. Staff booked me bus ticket to Can Tho, booked me a taxi and gave detailed instructions so I got on the right bus.
Ideal location for exploring this pretty town. Breakfast and coffee at the nextdoor coffeeshop was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful, even organising onward travel for us to Can Tho.
Only negative (beyond their control) was the deafening government speakers/screen in the adjacent park. Played in the evening until about 10pm and then from 5.15 - 6.45am - impossible to sleep during this time. Real shame. Thank heavens they have Netflix!
The boy in the morning at the concierge, was very skilled and helpful. He can talk in English.
The breakfast is very good and high quality coffee
They gave me a room at the 4th floor, absolutely NO elevator but because of my ski accident I had to change to another one to 2th floor (with surcharge).
Electric plugs are not always working
Every morning at 5,15 there was an external loudspeaker speaking loud and music for the ordinary population 😕
Very good I would stay there again
Breakfast. Not much choice for westerners
Wonderful hotel!
My room was spacious and clean. WiFi worked well and there were no strange smells or anything (I saw in other reviews that people mentioned that).
The location is pretty good. It's close to the city centre, market area and some pagodas. There are stores and restaurants nearby plus they have a cafe on the first floor of the hotel which is very convenient and the coffee they sell there is quite good (famous Vietnamese brand) and the staff is super nice.
The hotel staff is very nice and welcoming as well! They speak good English and the receptionist that i communicated with was very helpful - he helped to find a bus to Can Tho and also organised a taxi for me to get to one of the temples. The taxi driver was the best, btw, and spoke English very well! :)
Everything was perfect!
Every one was very kind and helpful
The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking taxis and providing recommendations for places and restaurants to visit. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the rooftop bar was a nice touch as a place for an evening drink. We didn't find the park below noisy at night (most of the noise died down before 'bed time') and it actually made for a nice place to visit in the evening, as it came alive with families enjoying the space at night. Located on a lovely street close to lots of restaurants and cafes
As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure was very hit and miss (although this may be out of their control). I also don't recall seeing anywhere to buy/refill water onsite. There is no lift, so if you struggle with stairs I would recommend asking for a room on a lower floor, but otherwise we didn't find this an issue. Overall, the hotel was a nice place to stay, and these things wouldn't have mattered at all if it was slightly less expensive
The room was very light. The view was good through the very large windows.
The staff were very helpful.
Although the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, we could have had a room on a lower floor by paying a little more. This seems reasonable.
Outside the hotel, in the park, was a large public TV screen. It made a lot of noise.
