Great base to discover this beautiful area!
Pros:

Nice pool, friendly stuff and scooter to rent.

Cons:

Simple room with AC, bath room open to bugs, but this is probably normal in all accommodations.

fair value for the price
Pros:

The owners are very friendly. They let us check in early and check out one hour late. They also have a common bathroom with shower close to reception where people that wait until the room is ready can shower The location of the accommodation is good

Cons:

- there is a construction site right next to the rooms, there is a loud noise starting from 7 AM
- the bicycles aren't free (compared to other accommodations) and this wouldn't be a problem if the bikes were well maintained but they would really need maintenance.
- at breakfast there isn't any variety at all, it's the same breakfast everyday - eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, fruits
- all rooms face the inner courtyard so there isn't any privacy, everybody can see in your room if you have your curtains opened. If you close the curtain there isn't any natural light.

Charmant hôtel pour un séjour en famille
Pros:

L'emplacement est top surtout si vous voulez être proche de Trang An. Comptez environ 30 min en scooter de Tam Coc et Bai Dinh et 15 min de Ninh Binh.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Chaque jour les serviettes sont changées, de l'eau est remise à disposition et la chambre est rangée. Les 2 jeunes de la famille sont très sympathiques. Enfin il y a un nombre important de restaurants très bon rapport qualité prix autour de l'hôtel tous avec de très belles vues.

Cons:

Concernant la location de scooter : pour la location de scooter chaque journée est dû. Nous avons payé 5 jours de location en ayant récupéré nos scooters à 18h le mardi et rendu à 15h le samedi. De plus, ils vous font payer le plein d'essence (pas totalement plein d'ailleurs sur l'un des 2 scooters) au prix fort sans vous prévenir que ce n' est pas un "full to full" alors que vous avez des stations autour pour moitié prix.

Peaceful stay in the mountains
Pros:

It was very peaceful. The room was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. We had a lovely few days in the peace and quiet of the mountains.

Cons:

A little bit further from Tam Coc than I expected but still accessible.

Pros:

Great stay overall in Trang An. We had an AC issue the first night, but the host quickly moved us and was very accommodating. The family was warm and welcoming, and everything else was smooth.

Only downside was the limousine transfer we booked—it was long and disappointing, so we’d suggest booking transport directly. Otherwise, would definitely recommend staying here.

Recommend for price, and friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Pros:

Lovely people running the property. Very friendly and great food. We used grub to visit the large number of local attractions. The pool was a welcome cool down after our hot stay.

As close to a home stay in Ninh Binh as you would get and lovely home cooking.
Pros:

The young couple and extended family running the accomodation were delightful, unobtrusive but very helpful. Exceptional value for what we paid. A peaceful change of pace after the busyness of Hanoi and Sapa. Easy taxi distance to major attractions in the area.

Pros:

Отель расположен в живописном месте. Он небольшой и чистый, есть бассейн и можно всегда заказать обед, ужин. Готовят вкусно. Всё было замечательно, рекомендуем.

Pros:

The accommodation was excellent and the people on the service were very helpful and polite. Also, the location was super nice and convenient, very close to Trang An. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms very clean. If I visit again Ninh Binh I would stay at the same house!
