Amazing stay
Pros:

Amazing stay! I was here couple of times and it was good twice.
Very clean, quiet, owners are polite and friendly. Motorbike rental on the 1st floor have serviced motorbikes — usually you need to spend lot of time to find motorbike in good condition.
The next building is buddhist temple — so you can listen chants every evening.
