Perfect sunrise view.
Pros:

The view was amazing, comfy bed and great location.

Cons:

We didn’t get a choice of Western or Sri Lankan breakfast and would’ve preferred Sri Lankan after seeing other guests have it on our last morning.

The best staff
Pros:

Tharindu my man, made the whole experience soooo easy. Assisted us with more than he needed too with recommendations and even dropped us off in town for no charge, and on top of that his cheeriness made us love our stay.

Location was perfect, and facilities were all we needed and clean.

Perfecte locatie met heerlijk ontbijt
Pros:

Locatie was perfect, op loopafstand van het centrum. Bedden lagen goed, personeel aardig en behulpzaam. Heeft na het uitchecken ons nog naar de bushalte gebracht gratis. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid.

Cons:

Het dak van de kamer was lek waardoor het druppelde in de kamer. Ook was de douche niet altijd warm helaas.

Location. Short stays.
Pros:

Location - perfect place, close to train station and all bara and restaurant.
Breakfast was small ( omlet or scrabble eggs ) but tasty. Coffe was ok .
After we came from mountains they allowed is to take shower before trip.

Cons:

It was not clean.
Place have huge potential due to location but all around dirt. Also in the rooms.
In bathroom water getting out on whole space.
Elements not fixed properly ( sink ) .
Not good value for the money. It should be 50 % cheaper.

Locatie en kamers zien er goed uit.
Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en personeel.

Cons:

Ventilatie in de kamer was niet super goed. Hierdoor werden de spullen klammig.

Pros:

Sehr schön ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer mit Minibar. Zentral gelegen nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfbereit.

Great hotel, perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the train station and similar to the high Street. Really easy to reach bars, restaurants etc.
We had a refurbished room that was excellent. The staff were attentive, provided umbrellas when it rained, and were really helpful.

Cons:

The only slight issue were barking dogs in the night. Not hotel dogs, but SL seems to gave loads of them and the local.ones seemingly liked to bark.

Bel hébergement tout proche de la gare, parfait !
Pros:

La gentillesse et l accueil des hôte, la proximité avec la gare d Ella (3 min à pied), le calme de l environnement, des bars et restos tout proches, belle chambre propre et bien équipée (bouilloire/frigo/ café/ moustiquaire...)

Cons:

De ne pas rester plus longtemps !!
(Une seule nuit pour nous !)

Pros:

Breakfast was nice. The inn is located in the center, very easy access from the train station.

Cons:

Bad smell in the room. The room is on a parking so no view and have to close the curtains at all time. Construction right on top of the room at 9am. Expensive for what it is.
