Pour un hôtel 2★, l’établissement est tout à fait correct avec une belle piscine, un personnel agréable et une jolie vue

La piscine, le personnel était très agréable. Une très belle vue.

Cons:

Aucun restaurant autour, très difficile d’accès, plusieurs taxis ne trouvaient pas l’hôtel .. des travaux juste à côté de l’hôtel. Chambre plein sud il faisait très chaud malgré la Clim.

Le plus grand warning c’est le chemin d’accès, surtout on nous sommes arrivés la nuit la route est très étroite pour un véhicule notre chauffeur a galéré pour y arriver c’est très dangereux… on a failli changer d’hôte mais la dame de la réception nous a proposé la solution du tuktuk…
Les détails de nettoyage loin des standards d’un resort
Une odeur désagréable dans la sdb et des accessoires cassés
Bcp de chantier à l’intérieur et autour de l’hôtel qui donne l’impression de loger dans un chantier en cours … vraiment dommage !

Buena estanacia, mucha hospitalidad, gran entorno.
Pros:

La hospitalidad de la gente del hotel, el desayuno, la increible piscina, la habitacion y la naturaleza que lo rodea.

Cons:

Ruido de perros por la noche y obras, cama algo dura, y restaurante si pides fuera del desayuno regular la verdad.

The food was horrible. They really need to hire a proper chef. I think the food is prepared by the staff themselves, as there doesn’t seem to be a professional chef.

Beautiful place to get out of the hustle and bustle
Pros:

Stunning setting. Friendly staff, gorgeous pool. There was some construction next door, but barely noticed it. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Close to Ella rock, walk along train tracks to town. Great to see the trains pass through

La piscina era molto bella e le stanze molto spaziose. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Cons:

La struttura è ancora in costruzione e questo non viene menzionato quindi la tua camera è circondata di stanze ancora in cemento. La colazione è abbastanza buona e le camere abbastanza pulite ma datate. La posizione è abbastanza scomoda anche se seguendo la ferrovia puoi raggiungere in circa 25 minuti a piedi il centro di Ella.
