Pros:

der Manager war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, schöne aussicht schönes Zimmer und Bad !

Cons:

die Mahlzeiten waren sehr beschränkt, kein Fisch,
auf der Internetseite steht das es Bier gebe, aber es gab nur Wasser ! kein pepsi oder sonstiges!

Cons:

1. В метре от отеля идет стройка. Куча строительного мусорка. Я вела переписку и уточняла все детали, что важен тихий отдых, ухоженная и чистая территория и вид из окна. Мне ответили все хорошо. Когда я спросила почему у меня под балконом столько грязи, мне ответили, ну это же не мы, а другой отель.
2. В 9 утра меня разбудила дикая долбежка от стройки, стены трясуться.
3. Номер старый, на фото все хорошо, в реальности нет
4. Откровенно обманули. Хотя много раз спрашивала

Хорошее место. Находится высоко. Тихи вокруг. Утром вас будут будить джунгли. Рядом арочный мост. Персонал приветливый, все расскажу, покажут , поинтересуются. Если вы на машине, заехать можно будет. Лучше добираться на тук-туке.
Мы приехали на пару дней, чтобы их учить Еллу. По сути это место было чтобы переночевать. Утром, к тебе прилетают птицы если открыть окно ❤️, вечером зажигаются красивые огни в горах. Мы всем довольны.

Very close to the Ella rock trailhead and kithaella train station
Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast buffet could be improved as everything was cold. However the following day we did ask for our eggs to be cooked on request which they did.

Spacious and great for Ella’s Rock access
Pros:

Spacious room away from the busy streets of Ella, great location to climb Ella’s Rock. It’s a 35min walk along the railway to Ella which feels safe and is beautiful scenery. Some of the staff were helpful and chatty.

Cons:

It feels a bit too far from Ella to nip in and out - by the second day we stopped going along the railway and got tuktuks but it’s a good 20min drive on very windy roads. Some of the staff struggled with English so it was difficult to communicate. Food was poor.

I had an excellant stay there. Would love to go back again.
Pros:

Everything. Room was massive..balcony was bug with great view. Very clean..very friendly & helpful staffs. Loved everything.

Cons:

Maybe the lication but I can’t complain because they always provided the tuktuk with no extra cost to go to a certain point. So all the help & benefits qerr provided. I was more than happy.

Pros:

AMAZING VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY! With wonderful staff😃Some Hotels can be half the experience of a Trip. In rare cases you don't even want to leave the room. Cozy Cottage is such a Hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Cottage in Ella. The cottage has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere with stunning mountain views that make it a perfect place to relax. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
