High rating is due to backpackers excited it's not a dorm room.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport.
Quick greeting.
Relatively clean.

Cons:

WiFi was spasmodic and would cut out.
Bed was hard.
No sheets, just a thin quilt on top

Quick stay near the airport
Pros:

The plants in the alley made the place look really nice. The room was simple but contained all we needed. It was really clean. We spent 1 night before our connecting flight. There was a nice warung nearby. It was a very quiet place.

Guesthouse très simple et super propre .Les gérants sont à l' écoute .Nous sommes restés une nuit mais franchement c'est très bien pour rester à côté de l' aéroport et de la ville en même temps. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

central and quiet, walk to nice beach
Pros:

Great location near the airport and still very quite and safe area. I stayed 2 nights before flying to my next destination. Located just steps from the very nice beach with the seagod statue.
Rooms and facilities are very very clean, great shower and air condition. Big beds and new sheets. The owners are both very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Very nice to have the fridge downstairs and a kettle to make my tea and soups. Very central location with great warungs around and pharmacy with doctor and a great brandnew very good priced supermarket "Ayu Nadi Wholesale".
I recommend this guest house with 5 stars.
