Ambiente pulito e silenzioso
Pros:

proprietaria simpatica e disponibile, stanze pulite e dotate di bollitore e macchina per il caffe', tv, condizionatore, WiFi, ambiente molto silenzioso a pochi minuti da ristoranti e fiera, parcheggio riservato in area recintata.

Cons:

niente ... per un B&B non credo si possa pretendere di piu'.

Pros:

Me gustó la comunicación para la llegada. Me gustó la proximidad con el aeropuerto. Y me gustó el trato recibido por WhatsApp a la llegada. También me gustó que me dejaran un zumito y 2 cápsulas de café.

Cons:

La limpieza del baño no era buena, también se nota por el olor. La habitación necesita mantenimiento, hay cosas rotas, agujeros con tacos inutilizados en las paredes. TV obsoleta. No hay lámparas, lo que hay son bombillas peladas en la pared o en la mesilla. La mesilla de noche se va a caer pronto. Es bastante oscuro el exterior si llegas de noche y no es fácil encontrar la habitación. Hay mosquitos, tanto vivos como aplastados en las paredes. Hay polvo. La nevera es muy ruidosa. Las paredes son muy finas y se oyen los ronquidos de la habitación de al lado. La dueña fue muy mal educada conmigo cuando la llamé en la madrugada porque se me había quedado una maleta atrás y quería saber cómo volver a entrar. También fue grosera por WhatsApp cuando vió mi votación de 4/10

Camera molto ampia, bagno pulito e moderno, molto pulito.
sistema di self check-in ottimo e comodo.
grande cortesia della proprietaria che si è accertata con simpatia e cordialità che tutto andasse bene durante l'arrivo.
ottima politica di check-out, molto facile e flessibile.

Cons:

Sono giudizi estremamente personali, nel complesso la struttura merita comunque il massimo della valutazione.
- Fermata dei Mezzi pubblici vicinissima alla struttura ma con tempistiche lunghe (45/50 min circa) per la Fiera di Roma. risolto con Uber/Taxi, facilissimo farli arrivare in struttura ed in 3/4 min siete in Fiera.
- Migliorerei solo la connessione internet con un sistema più stabile (si naviga normalmente ma con tempi di caricamento, anche di pagine web semplici o streaming video, alti).
