Tutto ok!!!
Pros:

Host molto premurosa e disponibile; mi ha lasciato qualche stuzzichino come aperitivo con dell’acqua frizzante in bottiglietta ed una bottiglia in vetro di acqua naturale. Colazione di succo a pera ed albicocca con plum-cake confezionati, wafer, etc… super approvato anche il set di posate lasciate con i bicchieri accanto (cosa delle volte non scontata!)
Posizione dell’alloggio in zona molto tranquilla, anche da raggiungere con il pullman.
Letto super comodo!
Sono venuta con treni e bus (quindi senza macchina) ma è ottimo per chi verrà con i propri mezzi per il parcheggio tenuto molto bene.

Cons:

Ho avuto solo un problema con la macchinetta del caffè e la maniglia della porta che mi sono ritrovata mezza rotta in mano… ho provato a sistemarla svariate volte che sono uscita ma soprattutto nella fretta di andar via mi sono dimenticata di avvisare di queste cose 😢

Pros:

La struttura oltre ad essere perfetta come posizione ( una decina di minuti a piedi per arrivare alla Fiera) è veramente accogliente e comodissima, c’è tutto l’essenziale, Ringrazio particolarmente la proprietaria ( la signora Ilaria) per essere stata presente e puntuale ad ogni mio dubbio e ad ogni mia richiesta ,check-in veramente facile e soprattutto spiegato perfettamente in ogni minimo dettaglio, Sicuramente ci tornerò 🥰

Tutto sommato per il prezzo non ci si può lamentare ma sicura sarebbe da aggiungere un sistema di areazione

La proprietaria è stata gentile e ha risposto subito alle nostre richieste

Cons:

Purtroppo non avendo finestre oltre la porta d’ingresso, e tenere una porta aperta di inverno è eccessivo, si creava una vera cappa all’interno della stanza, condensa e infatti c’era molta umidità ai muri
Purtroppo non è ben collegata e la posizione per raggiungere la fiera per me è stata abbastanza scomoda soprattutto perché la strada da percorrere non era un granché
