The breakfast, location, and the host are all nice. It even has a small balcony! My parents love this place, highly recommended.

The room is clean, spacious and the location is great, right outside a beautiful market. Walking distance to numerous touristic spots. The staff is welcoming and very kind, they are always attentive for our needs. Tea and hot water available all day in the terrace of the room and breakfast was delicious and ready for us whenever we asked for it.

The location was fantastic just off monkey forest road with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops only a short walk away. The accommodation still quiet and peaceful during the day and night even with being in such close proximity to the busy road.
The staff were lovely and happy to help, the laundry smelled really nice and the breakfast was also good especially the banana pancake which also included plenty of fresh fruit.

Room and bathroom were clean. Air con was strong. Breakfast was great. Hosts spoke English. Highly recommend this lovely homestay at affordable price. Very good location with lots of stalls nearby.

The family is incredibly kind and welcoming. They don’t speak that much English, but that’s not a problem, they make their best to make themselves understandable. It’s a homestay, so don’t expect any kind of luxury. The room has everything you need. The WiFi and the airco work very well. We also had the chance to see the family getting ready for their special celebration. Breakfast was simple but complete. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

This homestay is so nice. It is so calm you don't even think you are in the center of ubud. The family is so friendly and kind.

They have two adorable rabbits and my daughter loved them
They helped me with my laundry and service washed it for a very small fees .
For the price this is actually quite a good find. The family is very considerate of your privacy . We felt safe and at home and the biggest plus is its location

Amazing value in a fantastic location. Lovely family who run the place and location is very central. Also very peaceful despite how close it is to the main part of Ubud.

Staff were amazing, freshly cooked breakfast every morning was lovely and unlimited good coffee 😊 a lovely place to sit and chill outside our room and the gardens were lovely. So nice to be surrounded by peace and nature. Beds were comfy and the hot shower was great. Really good air con too.
Convenient location just a short walk of around 2 minutes to markets, shops, restaurants and more!
