There was no cleaning; there was mould in some rooms. It was dusty and the one bed was broken and couldnt be slept on comfortably.
The king size bed was super comfy! The pool was well-maintained and I look forward to my breakfast everyday! My room came with a balcony looking over another house. It was peaceful and the staff were quick to give my room a clean when I needed it. I had an issue with the tap drainage when I had first arrived. I spoke to the owner, Ketut, she was friendly and warm and got a staff to fix up the problem right away. I am very happy with the service they provided.
I wasn’t able to get the TV to come on. But I’m sure that the owner would be happy to fix it. I just never ended using it.
The Banana pancake with oil was really good!
-One lamp did not work
-The swimming pool didn’t look so good
The staff persons are lovely and highly helpful
Everything good, the only small thing to be better is the bathroom in some parts was a bit dirty
It is a quite calm place, far from the most tourist places in the city. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good, including nice fruits.
It is possible to change money on the hotel.
It is not in the city center, so you will need a transport to move around the place. Besides, there are not places to eat nearby and it is quite dark at night
Outside. Great pool, beautiful gardens, breakfast well presented with a charming outdoor breakfast venue. Nice area.
As we could not use the Deluxe room we booked due to stairs being too steep for elderly travel companion we decided to cancel and rebook into a standard room on ground level.
No hot water. Had to get gas put on but went too hot then cold. Could not get warm water. No ventilation in bathroom. Smelt of mould. Towel rack fell off wall.
One tiny light in bedroom. Electric switch falling off the wall. Health hazard. Had to ask for coat hangers.
Air con did not work. Complained. They got an air con technician to fix.
Asked for bed side lamps, mother board so we could connect our phones to the one working plug. Asked for kettle.
Owner said after complaining that if we didn’t like the room to look for other accommodation. Said no but to fix all the problems as it was late at night.
The hotel looks nice from the outside. Breakfast was okay.
Noisy construction workers who were asked to stop and then just continued despite us stating we couldn’t sleep. Coffee sachets provided but no kettle. TV wall mount but no TV. Leaky sink. An animal runs around on the ceiling above your bed. Wouldn’t recommend.
I loved the location, not in the manic city centre but close enough to it, beautiful peope with the lovliest calming welcoming energy, a beautiful serene place
The pool was amazing, also the people working there is very nice and willing to help.
It has air conditioner.
It is not located in the city center (nor a walking distance from it) but it is very comfortable
They do not clean the room everyday, also they do not provide gel or shampoo.
Close to many activities, quiet ,nice breakfast
Perfecto..
I will come back again

I loved the pool, and also it has many nice places around.
Don't expect hot water or cleaning room services every day.
Nothing
Everything. It’s was filthy, when we first checked into the room we noticed cigarette ashes on the bed and a weird pile of dirt on the bed frame. We told the workers and nothing was done about it. The school or temple across the street blasts annoying music and they scream though the microphone starting at 7:00am. Bathrooms have never been cleaned, no hot water. There were ant hills all over the floor in the room. Pool looked cloudy and filthy. Mold everywhere and the smell was horrible. On top of that, it’s a 20+ minute drive to get anywhere in the centre of Ubud.
Good location, friendly staff, spacious room.
Minimal staff, room never cleaned, outside area rarely cleaned. Needs a renovation
No tv, no hot water, there are mosquitos, the price of the room no breakfast. Bad experience to stay here
