Pros:

民宿花景環繞, 風景優美, 最加分的是晚上可以泡藥草足浴, 泡了以後真的很好睡

有一隻沙皮狗, 兒子很喜歡摸牠, 還有一隻可愛、喜歡與人玩耍的小貓, 早餐簡單好吃

兩天的晚餐也都在這邊用餐, 基本上晚上回民宿就不太想再出去了, 騎車到鎮上還要10分鐘左右, 本來有免費的單車可以借, 但是晚上回來都累了, 沒有機會用到, 來這邊真的建議住三晚比較足夠

晚上偶爾會聽到公雞叫, 但還好不是叫整晚

感謝民宿主人還幫我預訂從河內到沙霸的火車, 還有從吉婆島到河內的巴士

Cons:

跟民宿主人借了摩托車去吉婆島在山上的國家公園, 但沒有注意到油箱已經快見底, 民宿主人也沒有提醒, 直到下山才發現, 急問附近有沒有加油站, 回說沒有很多, 還好有安全騎到山下, 且很快就發現了一個加油站, 但是心情還是受到了影響

後來去沙灘2號回程時, 機車就開始出現問題, 連續發生騎乘中自動熄火的問題, 第一次叫路邊的越南人幫忙有成功發動, 沒多久又再次熄火, 請別人幫忙發動就沒辦法再次啓動, 還好已經靠近民宿, 兒子看接駁巴士的時間快到了, 趕緊用跑的牽著摩托車回民宿, 後來請民宿主人發動又可以, 但出門在外騎機車真的是以安全為上, 可以在這邊住, 但是機車就...

It was excellent and would recommend
Pros:

This place was a joy to stay at. Rooms were super clean but what makes it is the family who run it. They went above and beyond to help with scooter hire, transfers and make sure you have everything you need to make your stay great. Food excellent , would definately recommend

Great laid back option
Pros:

Beautiful property, good food and friendly owner. Booked a great Lan Ha Bay tour through them, rented a scooter and arranged for our bus back to Hanoi. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Cute cats and dog were a bonus.

Really charming, authentic, friendly, generous, calm.
Pros:

The whole experience was lovely. A true gem of an authentic family homestay, in a lovely garden in nature, away from the construction of the town. Thuyen and his family were very warm and helpful, attentive and calm to our requests. They helped with ordering us taxis, provided us with delicious food and daily evening herbal foot baths!

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was quite low and the temperature fluctuated a bit. Pay attention to hot water instructions!

Pros:

A perfect stay! This place is a true paradise with very clean rooms. The service was outstanding: we used the free bikes and rented a scooter directly on-site. The owner went above and beyond, giving us spot-on recommendations for a fantastic day trip and organizing our transport to the next location. The host family is genuinely lovely. Highlights included a relaxing herbal foot bath at night and a thoughtful gift of fruit when we checked out. Everything was perfect and easy.

Pros:

Super süße,kleine Anlage von einer sehr netten Familie geführt. Frühstück gab es inklusive und sonst konnte man auch für wenig Geld gut essen vor Ort. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam.

Cons:

Ein bisschen ab vom Schuss,wenn man keinen Roller hat.

Eles foram super amaveis e nos ajudou a chegar desde hanoi ao hotel e nos ajudou tambem a chegar em ninh binh.

Quiet location in lovely garden setting
Pros:

Mr Tuyen and his staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our three-day stay, coordinating with the local bus company for us to be picked up on the way etc. We rented a scooter, did laundry, and went on a great day excursion to Lan Ha Bay, all organised or provided by Garden Home. The food in the restaurant was varied and well prepared.

Cons:

Its quiet location is mostly a positive but keep it in mind in case you want to dine etc in Cat Ba town, as Grab does not function on Cat Ba, so you would need to go either by taxi or scooter.

Peaceful stay away from the crowds
Pros:

Very stylish garden with adorable pets, great location away from the crowds and noise and construction sites in the center but you can directly rent a motorbike from the guesthouse for a good price and you’ll be in the center in 10 minutes. The food is super delicious, especially the fish, so no need to look for a restaurant outside, we had dinner in the guesthouse during our stay. The family who owns the place are very kind and super helpful. On request they can arrange a private boat tour in Lan Hai Bay,which is much better than crowds in touristic cruises.

Cons:

Nothing really important to mention, just the towels were a bit different than what we are used to.
