Very clean and comfortable. Saj was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. He helped us plan our trip and organised a driver and accommodation in Munnar.
We always love a balcony in our room but this place did not have one.
Although on a very busy road our room was quiet and cool with a fan

Saj is awesome. He’s a really nice guy, a great communicator, and he runs a tight ship in this place. It was spotlessly clean and honestly was nicer than a lot of midrange hotels. We only stayed for one night but would’ve been happy to stay longer.
Nothing that I can think of relating to the property specifically. Didn’t like staying in the area as much as I thought we would - the nearby restaurants are mostly kind of pretentious, expensive, and tourist-focused, and it’s a trek from the railway station or airport. But none of that is Saj’s fault!

We did not have breakfast
The owner was a special person who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He creates such a wonderful environment and make special arrangements. He is the kind of host who goes out of his way to make your stay pleasant. Anybody who wants to get a sense of the environment and wants to stay in a comfortable place this should be your first choice. A very memorable trip
Saj is a wonderful host and made us feel very at home. The room was lovely and clean, and the breakfast was amazing too! Would highly recommend:)
Saj is a great host, I really enjoyed talking with him and he advised me on where to go around in Kerala. Without him my trip wouldn’t have been the same.
Also his Kerala breakfast was amazing, every day I experienced a different dish, always delicious!

Great place for exploring Fort Kochi. Host was very helpful. The family were very friendly. The room was a good size with good a/c and facilities. Host recommended Mary's kitchen for meals -really good.
