Un hotel bun
Pros:

Locație excelenta, mai ales raportat la scopul deplasării noastre in București, personal.amabil, mancare bună la restaurantul hotelului, terasa drăguță, mic dejun bun, diversificat, camera arata bine, frumos, destul de mare, curata, paturi foarte confortabile. Destul de linște noaptea, deși am dormit cu geamul deschis si e intr-o zona destul de circulata.
Un domn foarte dragut de la recepție care m-a sunat a doua zi dup a check out sa imi spună ca am uitat un obiect in camera si cum il pot recupera.
Una peste alta, un hotel foarte bun.

Cons:

Sunt câteva mici probleme-cartelele de curent nu stau bine in lacasul lor, au tendința sa se decupleze si te trezești in bezna. In baie, cel.putin in una dintre camere (am rezervat 2) era un miros neplăcut. Si in camera era un miros închis, dar ținând geamul deschis, inclusiv noaptea, a dispărut. Instalațiile sanitare, mai ales dusul ar trebui revizuite, para de la dus era parțial înfundata si apa curgea ciudat
Micul dejun ar fi bine sa înceapă cel mai tarziu la 7,30-cand am stat noi a fost rezervat de mulți tineri care dădeau examen la drept si trebuiau sa plece inainte de ora 8. Sau macar aparatul de cafea ar trebui pus funcție mai devreme.
Desigur, pentru mine nu sunt chestiuni majore, doar mici detalii care ar face diferența pentru a nota hotelul ca ireproșabil.

O locatie perfecta pentru un popas în București.
Pros:

Curatenie impecabila, prosoapele și lenjeria curate si de calitate.
Mi-a placut! Totul avea un aer cald, reconfortant si cochet.

Cons:

Nu am nimic de reprosat, personalul a fost amabil, locatia excelenta.

Simple et efficace
Pros:

Personnels adorables et accueillants. Ils sont disponibles à n’importe quelle heure en cas de soucis, on avait oublié notre carte pour accéder à l’hôtel tard la nuit et ils ont fait le nécessaire pour qu’une personne vienne nous ouvrir. Un grand merci !
C’était confortable et propre, le personnel de nettoyage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et demander si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit…
Un point positif, le restaurant sur place !
On a aimé et on reviendra :)

Pros:

El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno, variado y abundante.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, las almohadas muy finas y el baño olía un poco, tiene un extractor pero funciona solo si está la luz encendida.
