Simple et efficace
Pros:

Personnels adorables et accueillants. Ils sont disponibles à n’importe quelle heure en cas de soucis, on avait oublié notre carte pour accéder à l’hôtel tard la nuit et ils ont fait le nécessaire pour qu’une personne vienne nous ouvrir. Un grand merci !
C’était confortable et propre, le personnel de nettoyage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et demander si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit…
Un point positif, le restaurant sur place !
On a aimé et on reviendra :)

Pros:

El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno, variado y abundante.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, las almohadas muy finas y el baño olía un poco, tiene un extractor pero funciona solo si está la luz encendida.

Местоположение и чистота

Cons:

Кондиционер был только в одной комнате. Был только один телевизор.На телевизоре на работал YouTube и невозможно было пользоваться интернетом на телевизоре. Нас было четверо, но одеял было только два как и полотенец дали только три. Тапочек одноразовых тоже дали только три. Напор воды в кране был очень слабый.

צוות נחמד מאוד מסביר פנים ומאוד אדיב

Cons:

החליפו לנו חדר 3 פעמים בגלל בגלל תקלות כאלו ואחרות
זרם מים במקלחת מאוד מאוד חלש
ארוחת בוקר רדודה מאוד
חדרים מאוד ישנים ולא תמיד הכול פועל

Pros:

Personalul este extraorinar de amabil, atent si mereu dispus sa ajute. Camera foarte curata, confortabila si linistita, restaurant cu mâncare buna si servire exemplara. Atmosfera din hotel este primitoare si relaxanta. M-am simtit in siguranta si bine ingrijitape toata durata sederii. Multumesc intregii echipe pt profesionalism si ospitalitate!
Recomand cu toata increderea acest hotel si cu siguranta v-oi reveni!

Un dezastru. NU recomand.
Pros:

Călătoresc de peste 20 de ani, dar după câteva minute, în care am incercat sa găsesc ceva care să-mi fi plăcut la acest hotel, nu am găsit. Sorry 😕

Cons:

1. Recepția nu este non stop , ci doar până la ora 8, după care, dacă ai vreo problema, nu mai găsești pe nimeni. Accesul în hotel se face doar cu cartela.
2. Camera, veche și pentru King Size - mica tare. Salteaua total inconfortabilă. In frigiderul mic, doar 2 sticle de apa la plastic . Perne, doar 2 și ffffff moi. Săpun lichid la baie, ceva foarte diluat. Toți pereții in camera ( da toți) erau din rigips - inclusiv cei de pe palier pe tot etajul.
3. Personalul foarte arogant și nepoliticos - înafara de o Dna la recepție, pe care am văzut-o doar la cazare și care chiar a fost foarte săritoare la toate dorințele mele.
4. Părerea - doar 5 locuri pentru un întreg hotelul. Și astea într-o curte alăturată, protejată de o bariera și noaptea închiriată cu un lanț. Adică, dacă vrei așa neașteptat să pleci cu mașina in cursul nopții, nu poți. Că e închis...

Все было прекрасно
Pros:

Все было прекрасно. Рецепция, люди, завтрак. Официант из ресторана, очень вежливый и всегда с улыбкой, визитная карточка этого отеля. ( говорит только на Английском).
Номер просторный, чистый. Огромный. 603
