În contextul clasificării hotelului, considerăm că serviciul de mic dejun ar trebui să reflecte un nivel ridicat de profesionalism. Din păcate, servirea nu a corespuns pe deplin așteptărilor noastre. Ar fi recomandabil ca personalul să poarte uniforme specifice activității de servire, curate și îngrijite, în concordanță cu standardele hoteliere, pentru a contribui la o experiență coerentă și elegantă pentru oaspeți.

Το μόνο θετικό ηταν το ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Δυστυχως η διαμονή μας δεν ηταν καλη. Είχα κλείσει για 2 βραδιά, αλλα το 2ο βραδυ το ακύρωσα. Αρχικά το ξενοδοχείο αναφέρει οτι εχει πάρκινγκ και αυτός ηταν ο λόγος που επέλεξα να το κλεισω.Ωστοσο το πάρκινγκ κλείνει απο τις 20:00 και μετά, κάτι το οποίο δεν αναφέρεται στη σελίδα του ξενοδοχείου. Οποτε αν θες να μετακινήθεις με αμάξι δεν μπορείς να αξιοποιήσεις το παρκινγκ. Αναγκαστικά παρκαραμε στο δρόμο. Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα όμως είναι οτι στο υπόγειο του κτιρίου λειτουργεί ΝΥΚΤΕΡΙΝΟ ΚΛΑΜΠ όπου φυσικά ακούγεται δυνατή μουσική! Παρόλο που μέναμε στον 4ο όροφο, το δωματιο μας ηταν απεναντι απο το ασανσέρ, γεγονός που δυσκόλευε την ηχομονωση,με αποτέλεσμα τα παιδια κι εμεις να μην μπορούν να κοιμηθουμε απο το θορυβο. Κατέληξα με 2 κατακοπα παιδια, να είναι αϋπνα στις 12 το βραδυ και φυσικά να γκρινιάζουν! Όταν επιτέλους καταφέραμε να κοιμηθούμε, κατα τις 2 τα ξημερώματα άρχισε να βαράει ένας συναγερμός (2 φορές, πιθανον του ασανσερ) ο οποίος παλι μας ξυπνησε!
Το βραδυ δεν μπόρεσα να μιλησω με κάποιον υπεύθυνο, παρόλο που κατέβηκα στη ρεσεψιον-αλλα ηταν μόνο 2 ευγενεστατοι υπάλληλοι της κουζίνας εκει- και παρόλο που κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας. Την επόμενη το πρωι κατέβηκα και ακύρωσα τη διαμονή μας για το 2ο βραδυ και δέχθηκαν χωρίς δυσκολια να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Επισης μετα απο 1 ημέρα επικοινώνησαν μαζι μου για να μου επιστρέψουν το ποσό και της 1ης βραδιάς.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - 15 minut pieszo pałac parlamentu, stare miasto. Pokoje czyste. Łazienka z mało higienicznym betonowym brodzikiem - czysta.
Śniadania z podstawowymi produktami - jednego dnia expres do kawy działa kolejnego już nie! Ogólnie OK!

La parter este un club și a bubuit muzica toată noapte, atât de tare era încât în lift vibrau oglinzile și la etajul doi vibrau pereții. Zero odihnă!!

Dobra lokalizacja na krótki pobyt.
Pros:

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - 15 minut pieszo pałac parlamentu, stare miasto. Pokoje czyste. Łazienki do remontu, brak normalnych brodzików pod prysznicami tylko wybudowane z betonu - mało higieniczne.
Hotel czysty, śniadania z podstawowymi produktami - jednego dnia expres do kawy działa kolejnego już nie! Ogólnie OK!

Doskonałe odkrycie ten hotel, godny polecenia.
Pros:

Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone, zupełnie wystarczające. Lokalizacja hotelu blisko centrum, na piechotę do 20 minut, a pustym trolejbusem spod hotelu 10 minut. Niedaleko doskonała restauracja. Pokój duży jasny, cichy, czysty, b. wygodne duże łóżko, lodówka. Personel uważny i sprawny. Bardzo miła pani Irina w recepcji, uśmiechnięta, życzliwa.

Pros:

When i arrived the staff ( male ) i forgot his name helped me with the bags and also extended my checkout and was just nice.

Cons:

During checkout the lady was a bit strict... but nice.
I also recommend change of bed sheets daily.
