Porządek w pokoju, udogdnienia w postaci ręczników, telewizora, czajnika, mydła, lodówki itp.

Cons:

Niestety fakt, że mimo prośby nie dostałam oddzielnej kołdry. Pokój zarezerwowałam dla 2 osób i niestety z siostrą musiałam spać pod jedną kołdrą. Moim zdaniem dla każdej osoby powinna być przewidziana oddzielna.

The room looked very good, it was well located in Chorzow. The bathroom is very beautiful.

Cons:

Not enough light/no light in the room and in the building, the entrance is filled with garbage everywhere. Sometimes there was no hot water, the bathroom sink clogged up all the time and the entrance code was changed in the middle of our stay without informing us resulting in us having to call the hotline.

Meldunek od srody do niedzieli, córka spędziła tam jedną noc ponieważ miała przyjecie w szpitalu dziecięcym w czwartek rano i całe szczescie bo jakos dala rade jedna noc w tym zimnie....
Niestety pokój zimny, o nieprzyjemnym zapachu. Bardzo ciemne korytarze, skrytkę z kluczami doswietlałysmy latarką.
Klimatyzacja działa ale nie ogrzewa, w łazience nie działa kaloryfer, przy lustrze nie działająca lampka. Pomieszczenie ciemne , praktycznie nie ma możliwości jakos go doświetlić.
Ale teraz hit! Piątek -9 stopni stoję pod drzwiami do budynku z córką po wyjsciu ze szpitala , drugi dzień pobytu, haslo do wejścia głownego nie działa wpisuje kilka razy... błędne!!! Dzwonię na infolinię nie odbierają. Dzwoninę jeszcze raz odbiera pani mowie o co chodiz ona szuka i mowi ze haslo zostalo zmienione i nikt mnie nie poinformował o tym ! 15 minut przed drzwiami... podała hasło przez telefon, poprosiłam o przesłanie w wiadomości bo nie mialam jak zapisać a dłonie mialam zamarznięte !
Pani powiedziała, ze wyślę. Do dzisiaj nie wysłała !
Wyjechałam w piątek bo nie dałyśmy rady już tam wysiedzieć... jakas kpina...

Cons:

W pokoju bardzo zimno, nie działało ogrzewanie ani klimatyzacja, przez co nie dało się tam wytrzymać.

Ogrzewanie elektrycznymi grzejnikami przy małym dziecku nie jest bezpieczne. Brak ogrzewania w łazience. W pokoju i na korytarzu niedoświetlone. Żeby wyjac kluczyki ze skrytki trzeba mieć latarkę.

Cons:

Keine Rezeption, keine Heizung. Die Zimmer sind kalt. Das Treppenhaus ist noch nicht fertig gebaut. Das Zimmer ist ein willkürlich zusammengestelltes Möbilar was nicht zusammenpasst. Es ist eigentlich eine Wohnung was privat als Hotelzimmer angeboten wird.
