I felt so uncomfortable with the situations above
Pros:

I was so disappointed when I got out the next morning and saw a man sleeping on the floor just beside the door.

Cons:

Share a bathroom, but it was my fault, a saw the pictures and didn’t realized that

Muy buena atención por parte de anfitrión, todo muy limpio y las cosas de servicios estaban bien.
Pros:

No había desayuno, sin embargo, la ubicación muy buena, muy cercano a los lugares turísticos y metro., fácil de llegar.

Cons:

El baño se filtraba con el piso de arriba. Faltaba luz en el acceso a la entrada.

Pros:

La limpieza. Los baños y la cocina compartidos, pero todos los días impecables!!!

Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado, por lo que dormimos con la ventana abierta.La habitación daba a una una calle con mucho tráfico, mucho ruido. Se hizo complicado dormir.

Acogedor, hermoso, limpio, bien ubicado
Pros:

Es un apartamento hermoso, limpio, bien dotado, RUBEN es súper amable

Cons:

Un tapete a la entrada que se corre y a mí me hizo caer y lesionar la rodilla. Le hice el comentario a Rubén quien se disculpó y dijo que no le había pasado a nadie antes.

Enjoyable and a very good location in relation to transport network and a walkable distance to the centre.
Pros:

Kitchen facilities excellent. Only thing missing was a cutting board . Cleanliness was very good and staff helpful.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location of the apartment is great.

Overall, we had a good experience. The host/staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our trip, and the location in Porto is very convenient for getting around.
Good option if you don't mind a shared guest house setup, but clearer details in the listing would help set expectations.

Cons:

The listing wasn't entirely clear about the setup: a 4-room apartment with shared facilities (bathroom, kitchen and living room). The lack of the AC in the room was not expected, since the room is oriented towards a noisy street, so leaving the windows open was not an option either.

Strongly recommend the experience
Pros:

The entire property was very clean ..the staff are so welcoming ..and the location..so close to everything

Cons:

A bit hard to find the place ..needs a bit more signage at the street level…but once inside strongly recommendthe staff was waiting for me and everything from there was a charm
