Nous y avons passé une nuit, et c’était parfait pour nous!
Pros:

La proximité avec le Wat Arun, quelques restaurants, un quartier plus authentique, et puis la navette aéroport très simple et pratique.

Cons:

Les étages sans ascenseur sans doute… mais on a réussi à monter nos valises.

Pros:

Diese sehr charmante, familiengeführte Unterkunft war für uns perfekt 👍. Wir waren bei der Anreise hier und haben für die Rückreise gleich nochmal gebucht. Die Gastgeberin war immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und unglaublich unkompliziert 😍. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist etwas abseits von den großen Touristenzentren, deshalb sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung keine typischen touristischen Lokale zu finden. Wat Arun ist fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dort kann man auch für kleines Geld über den Chao Phraya übersetzen. Das Highlight für uns war am Abend auf der Dachterrasse den Blick auf Wat Arun zu genießen 🤩

Приятная хозяйка, которая отзывается на все просьбы, помогала с решением вопросов и даже угощала вкусненьким)) Спасибо большое хозяйке за организацию трансфера до аэропорта!
Чисто, удобно, чайник, фен, холодильник, угощения и вода питьевая. В самом отеле можно приобрести перекус, разогреть еду.
Улица тихая.

Cons:

При выборе места я так и не смогла понять, что ванная будет хоть и собственной, но не прилегает к комнате. Нужно идти по коридору к ней, а также стены в ванной и туалете не до потолка, нет звукоизоляции. В едином пространстве расположены другие ванные и туалеты посетителей - обратите внимание, если для вас это принципиально.

Very nice
Pros:

We stayed at this very nice Place in Bangkok and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and well maintained, perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city.
The location is excellent: it’s in a quiet area, away from the busiest chaos of Bangkok, yet still very convenient for reaching the main attractions and public transport.
We didn’t have much direct contact with the owners, but this was never an issue. They were always available and very kind. Through WhatsApp they sent us many useful tips about how to get around the city, what to see, and where to eat, which made our stay even easier and more enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend It
to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place in a great location to explore Bangkok while enjoying some peace and quiet.

The attention from the owner its simply exceptional, the location and view from the terrace marvelous. Very clean, and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bathrooms are personal use, yet detached from the room, you have to go outside your room in yo the hall.
