Le lieu de l’hébergement invite à prendre le temps et à échanger avec les autres clients si on le souhaite.

such a cosy spot - perfect for studying, kayaking, chatting with people, strolling to the beach, listening to the soundscape of the mangroves at night, and so on. convenient for renting scooters to explore the island, too. thank you!

You feel like staying with your favourite aunt and uncle. Absolutely love Gumm and Jiang.
The care, love, passion and beautiful hospitality they have for the house, each other and the guest is felt in everything.

I for sure am coming back and would recommend everyone to stay at their place if you like a warm, cosy homelike feeling.

We had shared bathroom and although normally I’m not a fan of it, it was spotless and super comfortable.

This was my first solo trip and Gumm and Joeng made my stay on Koh Kood so comfortable, for me it wasn’t accommodation for me it was like home.

Wspaniała atmosfera. Gospodarze są bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. Wszystko można u nich załatwić bezpośrednio.( skuter, taksówkę,transfery,) Gumm nawet uczy jeździć na skuterze jak ktoś nie umie.
Ich dom jest uroczo urządzony. Od razu poczułam się tam jak w domu.😊
Gumm z samego rana robił mi przepyszna dużą kawę. Uwielbiałam te poranki na hamaku z parującą kawą i zapachem śniadania które było przygotowywane na życzenie...a mój mąż z tarasu łowił ryby..ehh..cudo
Jeang opowiadała co można zwiedzić , gdzie pojechać coś zjeść..
No i jeszcze był kot. Przemiły. Chodził swoimi ścieżkami a głównie za Gummy, bo on go karmił.
Na miejscu można kupić piwko, wodę, przekąski.
Można sobie robić herbatę.
Naprawdę czułam się tam swobodnie
Wieczory z piwkiem i miłą, wesołą pogawędka..
Żal było wyjeżdżać.
Dom Gummiego i Jeang jest przy pięknej plaży, ale oddalony od centrum wyspy. Jednak skuterem wszędzie można dojechać.
Bardzo polecam to miejsce, choć sama na początku nie wiedziałam czego się mogę spodziewać.
Miejsce przerosło moje oczekiwania.
Na pewno tam wrócę ❤️

Super accogliente un atmosfera di puro relax. Pulito silenzioso tranquillo. Meravigliosa spiaggia raggiungibile in2 minuti a piedi.
Gum e moglie ci hanno accolto con simpatia e professionalità dandoci indicazioni preziose su cosa visitare sull'isola.
Ottimo cibo.
Possibilità di usufruire di molti servi gratuiti ( maschere pinne caffè kayach)

Precious spot! Set right on the mangrove river with 1 minute walk to the best beach on the island, what's not to love? The house is an amazing layer of decks, with loads of options for seating, and hammocks all with views of the river. Many fantastic restaurants within walking distance and the food at Gumm Lonely Club is also great. Fantastic hosts and a super chill vibe. There's a kayak and snorkels you can use and there are many fish around the rocks straight off the beach. Our favourite spot to stay. We'll be back!

Beautifully laid out with different areas, lots to look at and see, wonderful riverside location and close up amazing beaches. Clean Cute rooms, comfy mattresses, comfy hammocks, friendly cat. The owners are such a lovely couple and great hosts. Excellent massaman and great coffee. Nice travellers all cut from the same cloth to chat too if you want. Missing that hammock. Happy dreamy days. I’m 55 so been retracing my footprints from the early 90’s travelling. This gaff was so perfect just wish I could have stayed longer.

Gumm et sa femme sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, le logement est très propre et comporte 5 chambres dont 3 chambres avec WC et douche et 2 chambres avec un WC et une douche commune.
Il propose une location de scooter pour 300 Baths par jour.
Les petits déjeuner sont à payer en plus entre 150 et 200 baths, les pancakes sont délicieux 🤤 si vous prenez le petit déjeuner vous ne paierez pas le café ☕️.
Vous avez également la possibilité de dîner sur place en le prévenant 2-3 heures en avance.

Gumm est quelqu’un de vrai et entier, il se plierai en quatres pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjours. Il donne de bon conseil sur les endroit à visiter et les bon restaurant.

Son emplacement est idéal, sur la mangrove a littéralement 100 mètres d’une d’est plus belle plage de l’île.

Mention spécial pour le chat 🐈 Amy qui est extrêmement affectueux.

Si nous revenons à Koh Kood ne reviendront ici sans hésiter.

A true hidden gem on Koh Kood. We absolutely loved our stay at GUMM on the island of Koh Kood. The accommodation is located in a former boat warehouse that Gum has gradually renovated over time. The place is simple, overlooking a canal, and has a very unique charm.

What truly makes this place special are the hosts. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help or offer great advice. The guesthouse is small and cozy, with a shared common area where you can enjoy meals or drinks if you don’t feel like going out.

The food prepared by Jan is excellent and made with so much love — you can truly taste it. The beach is just a short 200-meter walk away, beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful.

This is not a typical resort, and that is exactly what makes it so special. It offers only five rooms, in all their simplicity, yet full of character. We felt at home from the very first day.

We will always cherish the wonderful memories of our week spent with Gum and Jan. ✨🌴
