Pros:

Free bikes and some of them were rideable. Great location. Nice big room.

Cons:

Despite having all the kit they seemed unable to make coffee, let alone breakfast.
General air of owners not really being rather weary of running a hotel. Polite and friendly enough but not really enthusiastic.

Pros:

Great value for money. Nice quiet area with a pool and shaded courtyard to relax in. The staff were helpful in arranging a cooking class at short notice for us and a day drip to My Son. The rooms are generously sized, working flatscreen TVS and efficient aircon.

Cons:

Not much bad to say :)

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, toujours avec le sourire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, nous y avons passé 3 nuits très agréables. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

This stay is in an excellent location, it's beautiful, peaceful, the staff are incredible. Love it.
Pros:

From the first, communication with Nancy was exceptional. She is so helpful and friendly online, and in person. Her recommendations for things to do in Hoi An were totally on point, and her suggestion for combining a coconut boat ride with a cooking class became one of the highlights of our trip.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, nice views, nice balcony. The hotel has a gorgeous outdoor area, lovely pool, beautiful flowers and garden.
All the staff were amazing. We wanted to get the kids handmade clothes and Nancy gave us a great recommendation and even drove us there.
The old quarter is very loud, very busy, and although it's not too far from Riverside Plum Villas, the peace and quiet there makes it feel like a world away. This is just a wonderful place to stay.

Good stay friendly staff.

Cons:

Was a bit disappointed as i got my laundry done here and some clothes were missing and i was given other peoples clothes on top of that my white t shirts were stained blue where they mixed other peoples clothes washing in. Apart from that staff were friendly and good stay.

Barely slept with so much noise
Pros:

Good facilities, water pressure was good and the water were warm
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Constructions outside started from 6:30am till 18:00pm which the hotel neglected to tell us about
We could not sleep as it was very loud
