Good stay friendly staff.

Cons:

Was a bit disappointed as i got my laundry done here and some clothes were missing and i was given other peoples clothes on top of that my white t shirts were stained blue where they mixed other peoples clothes washing in. Apart from that staff were friendly and good stay.

Barely slept with so much noise
Pros:

Good facilities, water pressure was good and the water were warm
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Constructions outside started from 6:30am till 18:00pm which the hotel neglected to tell us about
We could not sleep as it was very loud

Super Lage, Super Preis - Leistung
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön groß und geräumig. Das Bad ist gut und das Bett sehr gut.

Das ganze Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und der Pool ist eine angenehme Erfrischung gewesen.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist zu fuß schnell in der Altstadt und man muss zum Glück nicht bei dem Lärm dort schlafen.

Parkplätze für die Roller gibt es auch,

Für diesen Preis unschlagbar.

Cons:

2 Punkte Abzug gibt es, weil in der Beschreibung Highspeed Internet drin steht. Es gibt Internet, aber nicht einmal mit Speed hat es was zu tun.

Des weiteren finde ich, dass man bei einem Hotel mit Karte bezahlen kann, ohne noch irgendwelche Gebühren zu bezahlen (auch wenn es "nur" 1,33 € waren, hier geht es ums Prinzip).

Lovely, Friendly, Clean and close to all main areas. Well connected with advice on trips etc.
Pros:

This was a lovely homestay, easy walking distance from the river and the main shopping and eating areas. We could not have been welcomed more warmly. We were there over the TET holiday and it was lovely to be amongst a family preparing for TET and enjoying the Lunar New Year. A special stay in our trip.

Cons:

The aircon cut out a couple of times and the Wifi, whilst good enough for me to do email etc could be fairly slow sometimes. But you just remind yourself that you are in beautiful Vietnam and this is not the centre of a City in the UK!

Pros:

Really liked the tiles in the bathroom. Also the staff were lovely and friendly, room was large and spacious along with being very well maintained (didn’t see any signs of mould what can be a problem around here. Loved that they had a big fan in the room to help blow mosquitos away but if a shame it wasn’t directly above the bed but you can understand why when you see the room lay out. Would happily stay again. Woke up too late to try breakfast but did manage to get a coffee.

Excellent stay
Pros:

What a gem! The room is adorable and comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Close to all the action, but quiet. Staff was very friendly. Especially appreciated the access to the bicycles!

Cons:

Bathrooms are all connected with a shared wall - not a huge deal but you can hear everyone taking a poop if you're a shy bathroom goer.
