Pros:

Unser Zug ging morgens um 4.30 Uhr und da war die Lage super. Zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir haben abends an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt und der Nachtwächter schlief dann direkt an der Tür und hat uns raus gelassen.
Auch die Uferpromenade ist ganz in der Nähe, wo eine angenehme Atmosphäre herrscht. Außerdem geht die Sonne über dem Fluss unter.

Cons:

Für einen längeren Urlaub hätte uns das Zimmer nicht gefallen, weil das Fenster nur in einen Lichtschacht ging. Durch diesen kam zeitweise auch Lärm rein.

Mình đã tính book thêm nhưng đành chạy thôi
Pros:

Phòng khá rộng

Cons:

- Không có nhà vệ sinh cho khách chờ checkin
- Mặc dù là thời điểm thấp điểm không có khách nhân viên cũng không welcome hỗ trợ checkin sớm cho khách. Mọi người đến sau nhớ hỏi kỹ nếu checkin sớm giá cả như thế nào nhé
- Nửa Đêm Nhân viên tự ý mở cửa phòng của khách (nhưng vì mình đã khoá phía trong nên nhân viên đã gõ liên tục để liên hệ với mình) nhóm nào ở toàn nữ nên lưu ý
- Cửa chỉnh khi đứng bên ngoài có thể nhìn vào trong nếu bạn bật đèn trong nhà

Ottimo punto di appoggio
Pros:

Homestay a due passi dalla stazione dei treni. Comodissima se devi utilizzare il treno per gli spostamenti. Situata a 2KM dalla città antica di Huè.
Possibilità di cenare e passare belle serate nelle vicinanze. Mini market a 800 metri.

Cómodo y con buena ubicación. Dependiendo del día, mucho ruido.
Pros:

La ubicación era buena.
Enfrente había una cafetería y cerca del hotel había varios sitios para comer.
El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Les pedimos unas almohadas extras y el chico que estaba en recepción nos las dio sin funda y con hongos. Al día siguiente se lo dijimos a su compañera y ella nos dio unas nuevas y con fundas.
Tampoco me gustó que las puertas del ascensor sonaran con un timbre cada vez que se abrían y cerraban. Nuestra habitación estaba cerca del ascensor y la última noche queríamos descansar un poco más y desde las 7 de la mañana ya estaba escuchando el ascensor abrirse y cerrarse.

Decepcionante, no entiendo las valoraciones que tiene, le pongo un 5 porque cumple con lo más elemental, pero no lo reco
Pros:

Ubicación y personal, aunque no hablaba nada de inglés.

Cons:

Paredes sucias, sin ventana, no salía agua caliente. En el baño no había ni cortina, ni mampara. Mucho calor.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Good location, close to the station. Good value for money (cheap & basic)

Cons:

The room we got was very small. The facilities were not well considered or missing. The top surfaces and extractor fan were dusty. No sound proofing so could hear the elevator. One small window to the inside of the property, dirty. Pay on cash on arrival but had no change.

Alright for the price.
Pros:

The late hours receptionist seemed bothered when I made a last minute reservation. He smoked openly in the lobby too...
Hotel does not take cards at night and only cash but he was kind enough to wait until the next morning so I could pay by card. An ATM is located a few blocks away from the building! The room looked wore down compared to the pictures. Regardless, it was clean and all toiletry was available.
