Friendly family homestay at a great price point.
Pros:

Right in the center of Lac Village. Owners were kibd & very helpful. Free bicycle use. We had room 502 'the attic", which was a loft room. It had a big terrace off sleeping area with table & chairs, great sreet & mountain views. Breakfast was simple but good, and they offered to serve it up on our terrace. We enjoyed our stay.

Jolie chambre en duplex avec balcon. Espace lit en haut, sdb privative en bas.
Douche ouverte et eau chaude.

Good location. Very nice hosts. Good to have the balcony to sit out on and nice to be able to borrow a bike to go out exploring

Un hogar acogedor en Ban Lac

Kim y su familia son absolutamente encantadores, y su homestay transmite la misma calidez. Desde el primer momento te hacen sentir como en casa. El lugar es perfecto para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos en Ban Lac, con un ambiente acogedor y auténtico. Además, prestan bicicletas para recorrer los alrededores y el desayuno incluido es variado y rico.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay in Mai Chau, and this place was a huge reason for it!

The family is amazing, always seems to be smiling, and helped us figure out onward travel to Moc Chau. The room was extremely clean, had a comfortable bed, and a wonderful view. Water pressure, wifi, and a/c were all good, too. The bicycles are free to use, which was perfect, because cycling around the villages and through the rice fields has been a highlight of our Vietnam trip. Also, the breakfast was tasty!

Cons:

The roosters on the rooftop can be a bit dramatic in the morning, but it didn't affect our stay.
